I used to live in Florida and Firehouse Subs was my go to many times. When I visit Florida, I make sure to order it at least once. During this vacation, I told my fiancé about it and how delicious the sandwiches are. I did notice portions are a little smaller than when I used to order their subs but it’s still a tasty delight! I ordered my usual favor the pastrami sandwich. So delicious beyond words. I also ordered the grilled cheese sandwich for my son but he opted not to eat it and that’s okay. I ordered the pastrami sandwich combo. Firehouse Subs never disappoints with their flavorful food.

I went today for lunch at noon after a class and I wanted to really point out the male cashier that took mine and my husband’s order today. Not only was he very knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients, attentive to each customer, genuinely a caring, kind, and helpful person. I forgot I was a a fast food restaurant for a moment. My husband chose to not get a receipt, or I would name the young man. I will definitely come back, I hope to have him as my server next time. As I was eating my sandwich (clearly struggling) he came to me and asked if I wanted a fork and knife and pointed to where they were. Before I could even get up to go get them; he had already grabbed some for me and handed them to me. This kind of attention to detail and customer service is rare! Thank you very much and I hope to see you again.

Went to this store by recommendation from a waitress at another restaurant who also worked at here. Well let me tell you… we have never felt so welcomed and laughed so much. The young man who took our order made us laugh, he was so fun and friendly. And the food was delicious. Will definitely return in the future.

I don’t think I had been to a firehouse prior to this year, but someone gave me a gift card. First couple visits at the start of this year to this location, I did not really have a good experience. I don’t like writing negative reviews so I waited a while and gave it another go last night, and 10/10. Seemed like employees were juggling multiple doordash orders, dine in and take out all at once and were still efficient and polite. Food was fairly priced, well made and delicious!

First walked in. Place is filled completely full of smoke. Like really… then when I asked the man to scann my app for the rewards. He decided it was better for me to go on my phone and do it myself. Then after getting my drink I asked for a lid and they was like when we get to it. Another words. Store wasn’t stocked, the floor was dirty and they acted like we was bothering them ordering food. Will not come back or refer anyone.

I placed an online order today (Nov. 3) to pick up in store and went at the time it was expected to be ready. Went inside at 6:30pm, order wasn’t placed on the pick-up rack yet. Waited for about 10 more minutes and received my order, only for it to be wrong. When I went and told the manager who was there at the time, she said the employees may have read it wrong and would prepare it again and that it would be done in around 10 minutes. There were three teenage girls preparing the sandwiches behind the counter, when more people started to walk in. I proceeded to have to wait *30* more minutes to have my order re-made, which is ridiculous. The girls seemingly had no urgency to make any food, as everyone else in there had already ordered and was waiting to pick up their stuff and looked just as frustrated as me. Lots of shaking heads and sighing. People who walked in actually saw how many people were waiting and walked out to go to the place a couple doors down. I wouldn’t have minded waiting if I actually saw the girls were trying to keep up, but they were not. All they did was gossip, while haphazardly making sandwiches. They actually at one point started throwing lettuce at each other while *no orders* had been put out. The only thing that saved this experience was a nice young man (I think his name was Jonah?) who came out and actually started preparing orders and apologizing, while the manager kinda just lingered in the back and let the girls do as they pleased. In the end, the one sandwich that was made wrong the first time was made incorrectly again. I ended up leaving, because there was no way I was waiting again. Waiting 40 minutes for sandwiches and chili isn’t worth it.

I ordered by Uber. Not good at all taste wise I had to add a bunch of seasoning to eat meatball sub & it was still terrible but i paid $13 for it that price is not worthy it was not good quality it was missing almost every topping i ordered also pretty scanty as you see in pictures.. presentation was terrible! Dinky sub. I didn’t like either sandwich cuz not good quality meats or bread & didn’t taste fresh. Got turkey and Swiss and a meatball sub. Neither was very good. Won’t order again. Wasted my money. I’ll try Jersey Mike next time. I heard they are really good and they were giving away a free sandwich on Uber app but neighbors said liked firehouse. Not me! There was a promo on Uber so i tried it. Go for somewhere else this is not good food I’m angry i paid so much for crap.

Arrived about 11:45a just before the big lunch push. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Walked to order area, and friendly cashier placed my order. A steady flow of customers filed in and the line started getting longer. The wait time was reasonable and everyone seems content in receiving their order in a moderate wait at the peak of lunch.
Italian large with white bread. Can’t be beat and I totally enjoyed it!
