Possibly the worst experience I’ve had from Pizza Hut. This location specifically has really gone downhill in the past few years. My wife picked up a order for us on the way home from work, we each got a large pizza and we split a garlic cheese bread and a order of Cinnamon Mini Rolls. Both pizzas hardly had any sauce on them, couldn’t even taste it, the toppings looked like they were just thrown on the pizza, and there were toppings from my wife’s pizza on mine. Really lazily made pizza. And I even asked for my pizza to be “well done”, but the pizza was barely done iny opinion. The garlic cheese bread had a overwhelming amount of minced garlic on it that when I took I bite, I would be left with a unpleasant feeling in my mouth like I had just took a bite out of an onion. The amount of marinara sauce they gave us with the bread was maybe a total of 2 or 3 tablespoons. The cinnamon mini rolls were ok but it would be hard to mess up something that is pre made. But the icing even looked discolored and wasn’t evenly spread over the rolls. There were 2 or 3 rolls that were drowning in icing and then a couple on the outside that barely had a drop. I called to complain but there wasn’t a GM on duty so I will be doing that tomorrow because they could only offer me a store credit today, but I don’t think I’ll be eating here again in the future. I’ll just get Little Caesars next time I want pizza.

The manager here, Brittney was wonderful.She helped me with everything that I needed even when I messed up my order.She didn’t get mad at all.She just corrected it for me. Customer services tier one place was nicey clean food, delicious . The soda machines so organized

Zero stars is not an option. Ordered online on the pizza hut website for my customer and I. Missed a call 30 minutes later. When I called back, I was informed that part of my order could not be produced due to them not having the ingredients. (pasta noodles) I was told they couldn’t refund my $ because doordash had already accepted my order, and that I would have to call doordash for the refund. (Had I known they were going to sell my credit card info online, I would have gone directly to doordash) Meanwhile while I waited 15 minutes for the manager to come to the phone, I can hear the other employees in the background laughing and horsing around. Once the manager got on the phone, I was not greeted with a hello, this is “name” the manager, it was simply a hello. When i asked if it was the manager, the only answer i received was “yeah”. After some back and forth, the manager said that i would have to speak with the dm the next day. (At this point there has been 45 min on the phone) When i asked what time the dm would be in, I was promptly answered with a snooty “in the morning” response. I had to ask specifically “what time?” again with an attitude the answer was “when we open” I actually had to ask what time that was, to which was answered 10am. I informed said manager that I would be there in person and the phone call ended. Immediately afterwards I contacted the doordash delivery driver through the message that was sent to me for confirmation of my order and informed them that the order had been canceled so they could go about their night and do other deliveries. The doordash driver didn’t know how to cancel the order and informed me that I needed to contact doordash directly. (10 min phone call) Once i called doordash, Doordash said they could not refund the $, and that I would have to contact pizza hut for the refund. When I asked for doordash’s corporate phone number, they gave me “pizza hut’s corporate number. I lost a total of 2 hours of work trying to resolve this issue to no resolve, now paying for an Uber for my customer to get a ride home and for a meal that was not received. Total loss of $50 for the meal, $25 for the Uber ride, $120 labor($60/hr), and a possibility of a lost customer in my future. Avoid this place like the plague.

So I go into Pizza Hut in Seneca to get my first pizza that I didn’t get a picture of but no cheese just four pieces and lite cheese. This the picture of the second pizza. I will find somewhere else to get pizza from around in Seneca. Very disappointed if I can give NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!

Disappointed! I ordered a Pepperoni Lover’s Pizza with mushrooms and creamy garlic sauce. There is NO Pepperoni on it at all. I also ordered 2 orders of Roasted Garlic Cheese Sticks, I only received 1 order. I am very upset. I love Pizza Hut, but this is the second time in a row that I’ve been shorted and received wrong items. The rest of the food was good. I purchased this meal through DoorDash and it was not a cheap meal. I added a picture of our order and the Pepperoni Lover’s Pizza, which obviously has zero Pepperoni on it. Do Better!!!

I ordered a super supreme pan pizza and it was subpar. The dough seemed old and was not baked thoroughly. There was only one employee during lunch and he wasn’t rude but not customer service friendly. For twenty bucks I could have gone to Longhorn! Extremely disappointed.

When I placed my order online at 10 am the delivery time was 11 to 11:15. Not food had not came at 11:30. So I called and was told that they didn’t have any rivers so my order was sent to door dash. And no one had came to pick it up yet. At 12:30 I called back and got the same answer this time with attitude about how they can’t make a driver pick up my food. However the place I work had 2 other pizza hut orders. I guess looking at addresses and asking if they wanted to take another order to the same place is too much to ask. So worked a 12hr shift on a pack of chips and a rice crispy. Canceled my order after that. I guess I’ll have to find a new place to eat pizza.

I tried this pizza hut 4 months ago and had an absolutely horrendous experience. Well the wife wanted to try again and I reminded her of what had happened but we gave it another shot. It was pretty funny because the exact same thing happened. The employees in the back were arguing and cussing. The guy at the register couldn’t care less about the 7 ticked off customers waiting for their food. I asked everyone how long they had been waiting for their food and the shortest one was 20 minutes ( that’s after it was supposed to be ready). A lady walked in and wanted a refund because her food was so bad and the manager told her they didn’t give refunds. Well that started a shouting match with the customer banging on the counter and the manager cussing and threatening to call the cops. At that point my breadsticks were 15 minutes late so I wished all the customers good luck and walked out. It cost me an order of breadsticks but I got to say “I told you so” and I won’t ever have to worry about trying to get food from this pizza hut again so it was worth it.

Out of all the stores that I go to in Seneca South Carolina Pizza Hut in Seneca her name is Brittany I believe that she is the GM she has the most and the most respectful customer service she is very supportive she is very understanding and she is very talented about her job and I believe that more businesses should bring more people in like her this is the reason we come back to Pizza Hut she is the reason the food’s perfect thank you all so much thank you Miss Brittany
