Had a great meal at The Lodge, the burger was excellent and the cheese curds were (I think) gouda, which was a nice touch. Super easy to order food, and I appreciated that tipping wasn’t pressured like other places. The Lodge is probably the best and easiest spot downtown. Parking was a breeze with lots of open spots. Highly recommend!
Edit: Tried this place again but they closed 25 minutes early so adjusted the rating to 3 stars.

Great variety of food on the menu, great location. Parking can be challenging for sure. Must order food at the counter, dont expect a relaxing atmosphere. Menu said the burger has american cheese, it had gouda instead. Cant stand gouda, so the burger for myself was disappointing. Would come back again if I needed something fast casual downtown.

The food is great (they make a solid smash burger) It is counter service, but there is nothing wrong with that. I feel like some people are just surprised by it and rate it lower because of it. If you don’t like counter service, you can sit at the bar, and then it’s full service from the bartender.
Also, my wife is vegetarian, and says the veggie patties are a great substitute on the burgers.

Just wanted to make it known that I had one of the best burgers I’ve had anywhere, and the fries were excellent. Order takers very friendly. I give 5 stars for what this place is. It’s not a full service restaurant. Would definitely stop again.

Food is slightly spendy for a bar and grill in the center of a family park, definitely not a place you go with the family often. And the inside feels like a school cafeteria, cold and sterile. Avoid the mac n cheese…none of my kids liked it and after tasting it, I understand why. Cheese curds are bomb though. And the sconni burger was pretty good. Service was very friendly.

The atmosphere and service were excellent. The food missed the mark. I ordered the Sconnie burger which was good until I hit a quarter of the burger that had so much seasoning all I could taste was a salty flavor. My wife had the Milt’s classic and she said the sauce had a sweet flavor to it and she didn’t even eat half her burger. The kids both had chicken strips and they were over cooked along with all our fries and cheeseballs. The cheese balls were one big clump because the cheese melted out. The ranch had decent flavor but was way too runny. If the food was cooked properly I feel it would be a great price for the location.
