The service this time was quite good. Since the order-taker/cashier was the only real contact, it was him that made this visit reasonably good.

But, the FOOD wasn’t so great. I ordered “fire cracker shrimp” with noodles to go. There was nothing “fire” or “cracker” about it. It was sweet ONLY. But more disappointing were the dumplings. If you offer dumplings in a restaurant, you better have something better than store bought. These were WORSE and smaller, and soggy. I got the chicken version. No chicken in them. The so-called “sauce” for them was literally WATERED-DOWN soy sauce. Just skip the sauce if that’s what you’re gonna do.

The food at Pei Wei was good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t busy when we visited, so there were plenty of seating options, and the server who brought our food was very nice. My only complaint is the number of dirty tables that were left in plain view. It didn’t make the best first impression walking in, especially with the restaurant being so empty. A little more attention to cleanliness would really improve the experience.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years, and they’ve on top of their game. During the pandemic there were plastic utensils, and throw away dishes. Today? We’re back on a real bowl and silverware. Always wonderful and hot. Quick service and friendly environment. Thank you STAFF.I’ve been visiting this restaurant for four years now, and throughout my patronage, they have consistently maintained a high standard of excellence. Even during the challenging times of the pandemic, they took necessary precautions by using plastic utensils and disposable dishes to ensure the safety of their customers and staff. However, today, I was delighted to see that they have returned to using real bowls and silverware, which is a testament to their commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.

The food is always prepared to perfection, with each dish served piping hot and bursting with flavor. The restaurant makes it a pleasure to dine there, and I always feel valued as a customer. Your hard work and attention to detail are truly appreciated. Thank you for making each visit to your restaurant a memorable one. I look forward to many more years of enjoying your delicious food and exceptional service.

This was my first time visiting this Pei Wei. Just like always I ordered the vegetable fried rice, with extra vegetables and requested no egg.

It seems the chef did not get the memo and added egg anyway. Normally, I can skip around and avoid the egg but it was in small pieces which made it harder to do that.

My vegetables were good but I didn’t get to eat as much rice as I would’ve liked to because I don’t like eggs in my rice.

My daughter had the orange chicken with noodles. She said it was absolutely delicious I ate every drop of it.

I can’t leave a Pei Wei without a handful of fortune cookies. One of my favorite things!

If I’m ever near this area I will come back again but this time make absolutely sure that there is no egg in my fried rice.

Extremely poor Service, as well rude staff. Was not overly busy this evening had a simple order and waited over 55 minutes for it. Was a dine in customer and had to go to the counter to ask for my meal to go. The girl that handed me my meal 15 minutes after I asked for it to go literally just handed it to me and didn’t say anything else and walked off. Places used to actually have decent customer service, but this place continually worsens.

I have eaten at this location for years and always had great service and food. I went for lunch on Nov 16 and purchased purchased 2 to-go dinners, the containers were sealed and air tight. When I arrived home and opened one small black bugs started crawling out of the rice. I looked online and they were rice weevils. The rice had a bad taste like it was stale or something. I threw it all in the trash. Won’t be back.

Came in with my family for lunch a busy Friday before Christmas. Food was excellent and all was well, but I have to give extra compliments on the service. The gentleman who seemed to be managing was above and beyond attentive in spite of the crowd. So polite and organized. He seemed to be involved in helping anywhere he was needed while directing the whole. It was good to see that. Very impressed.

Tried to eat here tonight but I guess they are not interested in customers coming to eat with them after standing there for 15 minutes we decided to leave. They acknowledged us once and we told them we would like to place an order and then a customer waiting on their to go order also told them to take our order and the girl filling orders said she was too busy to take our order. So I guess you are not interested in anyone eating with you. I would think you having a Panda Express within walking distance of your restaurant that you would want people to chose your restaurant.

First time I’ve ordered delivery.
My rice is hard in the middle.
I said no chili pepper flakes
My spring rolls are overcooked. they are dark brown.
I haven’t found the side of sauce I ordered to go with my entree.
Sending food of lower quality out the door for delivery is totally wrong.
Grrrrrr!!!
Signed,
