This was my first time coming to Moe’s and the service was outstanding. I told the young lady that was taking my order It was my first time there and she was very helpful. I really appreciate the service. The food wasn’t bad either, but it wasn’t the best I have ever had. I think it’s overpriced.

I can’t believe I paid almost $30 for a burrito and a bowl just to have them waste my time. I spent almost 2 hours trying to fix their mistake. Got home and realized the did my burrito as a bowl and my bowl as a burrito. I tried to call multiple times and nobody would answer the phone. I went to the store and didn’t even get a sorry. They remade it and when I got back home I realized they forgot the meat in the bowl. I went back to the store and the manager remade it and just said sorry. After almost two hours of trying to fix this all I got was a sorry. So frustrating don’t waste your money. It’s too expensive to be messing up like this

This location was once the best in the Memphis area, but is absolutely terrible now.
Staff is unwelcoming and almost clueless in doing their jobs. If you’re in an industry where you face the customer, engage them. Outside of asking what you want, they don’t greet you, thank you, or apologize for their mistakes.
The restaurant itself is dirty and unkempt. Soda area lacking basics and the salsa bar looked like it had been out for days. No lids for the containers.
Decided to order takeout instead of eating in. Placed order that was supposed to be ready at 640. Arrived at the restaurant and asked about it. No one gave me an update only said it wasn’t ready. People came in and out and after 40 minutes I checked again because they, again, didn’t interact with the customer. 50 minutes after the expected pickup time, it was finally ready. No apology , no we will do better. Got home and it was missing salsa, chips, etc.
Will NOT be back to this location.

I have been a frequent patron of Moe’s for a very long time. This location has gone down DRASTICALLY. They exude poor customer service and no sense of urgency. I purposely put my order in way ahead of time to make sure that it’s ready when I arrive and 9x out of 10 it is no where near ready. Tonight I had an additional 25 minute wait after arriving. What exactly is the point of ordering on an app if you still have to wait for everyone in the line to be serviced before they prepare your meal?! To add insult to injury the tall young man who appeared to be a manager was very rude when I voiced my concerns. They need training on how to properly run a food assembly line. They need training on customer service interactions. They need training on how to properly handle customer concerns. Today was by far the worst experience that I have had in this store. Please do better!

I’ve been coming to this Moe’s location for years, and honestly it hasn’t been the same since around 2018. The food area isn’t always clean, which makes me lose confidence in the overall quality. The young lady up front acts like she doesn’t want to talk to customers—I was told she’s just “shy,” but it still makes the experience awkward. It feels like the owner doesn’t care much about this location anymore, and it really shows. I hope they turn it around because Moe’s used to be one of my go-to spots.

I’m so glad that Moe’s has plant based, gluten free, and vegan options. I got a homewrecker bowl with no cheese and no sour cream. You pick your rice, can add veggies, lettuce, salsa, and tofu. It’s was good. Tofu a little cold & not too flavorful, but grateful it is an option. The chips were also cold, but probably would of been better if freshly fried. The portion could be filled more to fill bowl up more. It was still good, and employees were nice and friendly.

I have been to Moes literally thousands of times in many states and individual locations and the last 2 visits here have been abysmal bit tonight was the worst yet. Out of almost everything with 20 minute wait times etc. A few staff were cool and hustling and a few had no interest in bring there it seemed. Im a service manager for the last 8 years and that was absolutely horrible.

I love this Moe’ s I’ve never had a problem with them! I love their chicken burritos and quesadillas and I definitely recommend The Ranch it’s their signature southwestern ranch and of course their queso is bomb!
