Yhey gave me a tiny bit of teriyaki chicken on my noodles. When I asked them about it the manager said I had to pay $5 extra for more chicken. I stood and watched the man cook two more plates for customers and they got a lot more than I did so I asked the manager and she wouldn’t respond so I stood there and finally she said those others paid the $5 extra so I went and asked those people who were sitting eating and they said they did not pay extra. So again I went up to the manager and told her what they said. Again, she ignored me. After 10 minutes she yelled at me in broken English saying that those people got the combination plate. She just kept on yelling and lying. It was horrible! I will not eat there again!

This is, unfortunately, one of the blandest chicken teriyaki dishes I’ve ever tried. The lack of seasoning leaves it tasting flat and uninspired. Additionally, the noodles aren’t freshly heated when served, which detracts from the overall experience. Nothing about this meal feels fresh or flavorful—I’d recommend skipping this one.

tried a couple of their food items..lo mein had no flavor..general tso’s chicken was ok..no heat at all..spicy korean beef was cold and not spicy..egg rolls were ok..5 out of 10 for me..just your normal asian food..not great but not bad..there are better options available..its mall food so keep that in mind.

I have been eating here since I was a teenager. I’m well over twice that now.
They have some of my personal favorite food in the entire world… the rice with spicey chicken, mandarin chicken, and potatoes is the best thing going in this grim world.
Please, give these folks a try. They really make amazing food and are the only reason I go to the mall. I truly love the people that run that place with my whole heart and soul.

My last visit was a combination of the two below me. I ordered beef, chicken and shrimp #7. I’ve always ALWAYS order the same thing and never had an issue until today when i ordered a #5 beef and chicken for my husband. A small amount of beef was put on the grill and 4-5 pieces we separated out for my #7. I asked the guy about it, he looked for the manager due to language barrier. When she came out (older lady) i asked her about maybe adding more she YELLED at me, before i finished talking (i would’ve paid a little extra) I said ok and nodded my head. I know the people near the entrance heard her.Before I left I very calmly informed her that I’m a human being and that she didn’t have to YELL at me. She then pretend she didn’t know what i was saying. Ok, never again. The guy 1 person ahead of me complained the noodles were going to be to spicy for his kid, she(older lady) tried to keep it on the plate and until he demanded her to take them off, because that’s not what he wanted she very angrily put them back into the container. Oh and they’re also associated with the business next to them.

I gave this place a 1 star simply because they do not give refills, they charge extra, considering the fact that I paid for more than 3 plates.
Its inside a mall doesn’t mean they have to over charge.
The rice could have a better taste, the orange chicken is okay.

I just wanted potatoes, ladies were incredibly rude, as in full on threw my food on the counter and rolled their eyes when I asked if I could add spring rolls to my order. Everyone was huffy and puffy and definitely didn’t want to help or even work there. I constantly travel and have been to numerous places but I can honestly say I’ve never had an establishment throw food at me. Disgusting and embarrassing for this place. Don’t go here, save your money for a place that will at least say hi to you or won’t puff if you ask to order. This reaction made me feel like I did something wrong but I genuinely said three sentences to these ladies and we graced with this reaction. Just save you’re money

I was so disappointed and unfulfilled! A waste of $15.00… I got the chicken, beef, & shrimp with rice and noodles. Nothing had flavor to it! Didn’t Noodles even taste the teriyaki flavor. Noodles were undercooked or old… very unsatisfied!
