Tall cashier says “Empanadas are fresh made this morning”…..she put it in the warmer…..when I took a bite, it was super cold inside, not crispy but chewy, cheese was hard instead of soft ….that meant for me not fresh done this morning…The tall lady was rude with a flat affect…I decided to just leave the bakery and to remember not come back again No wonder was empty the seating area.

This bakery truly stands out because of its amazing customer service. Nacho is always extremely friendly and helpful, always takes his time to make sure not only my order is correct, but to also make sure that I am satisfied and happy with my order. It’s rare to find service like this these days. A wonderful experience all around. I came in today, January 1st, 2026 and even though the Bakery was extremely busy Nacho always is able to manage a smile and courteous service amidts other rude and self-centered customers that prey on service staff. Nacho is loved by many that come often to Granier.

Unfortunately, on several occasions now, we’ve had unpleasant experiences with an employee named Nacho. He has been consistently rude, unprofessional, and mean in the way he speaks to customers. This behavior is disappointing and does not reflect the otherwise great experience we’ve had at this bakery. We hope management addresses this issue.

I was standing in line for about 10 minutes just to buy one coffee. When it was finally my turn, the girl at the register walked away somewhere. The other employee didn’t help me and started serving another customer instead. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes for her to come back, even though there were two registers and three other customers were being served while I was completely ignored.
All I wanted was one coffee. Not recommended.

Glad to have found a coffee shop with crispy croissants. The pastries are great, moderately sweet! Coffee is good. Renovated interior is beautiful, it became romantic. The music is good.

I bought coffee and was a paying customer. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told it was “closed,” even though it was clearly open and accessible. I used it anyway, and afterward an employee approached me and rudely told me not to come back again — neither me nor my friends.
This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior toward paying customers.
If customers are not even allowed basic access to a restroom and are treated this way, there is no reason to return.
I do not recommend this place.

Cute place with delicious sandwiches. I had the turkey Swiss and my husband had the roast beef and cheese, both were good. Also had couple pastries which were good. Coffee could have been better with the milk to espresso ratio and also the vanilla latte was just sickly sweet. My husband who likes a a vanilla latte and his is usually too sweet for my taste was underwhelmed with his being way too sweet. Anyway, that’s something to probably work on.
Overall it was good and I would probably come back.
