Stopped here on my route for A quick lunch. Worst decision ever!! This is not hibachi the least bit. I ordered A shrimp snack size hibachi as I am pescatarian & it was terrible 9 small CHEAP shrimp that was tough because it was over cooked. The rice terrible overcooked and no flavor carrots were dried out and hard. Broccoli was decent but this is the FURTHEST thing from HIBACHI I’ve ever experienced. I’m from Cleveland and I’m out this way quite A bit for work and will never be back again.

I received $20 worth of brown rice it did not taste like hibachi at all. This has by far been the worst express I have been thorough. I don’t think the cook knows how to make a hibachi… No taste at all when I make my homemade hibachi it taste better than this what a waste of money

Noodles soggy and mushy sticking together.. veggies only broccoli and carrots.. no taste on any of the meat and shrimp was so dry and nasty tasted like they was heated up in microwave from a week ago .. rice my boyfriend says is bens rice in a bag ♀️ took few bites and I completely wasted my money .. now I know why I never knew they was there

We absolutely love this location. We get the same thing every time and we are always greeted with smiles and so much kindness. The owner is so nice. Food is always so good!! Their portions are super big and it’s always hot and fresh. We have a hard time not ordering Hibachi from Romig rd. everytime we do takeout. It’s our favorite!

This location is very different from the others in the Akron area. Our meals were not cooked on a Hibachi grill, they taste, feel, look like they were steamed. The rice isn’t the right kind and the scallops are not real. The noodles were good, but that was the only part worth it. They should find out what the other locations do and start taking a cue from them, especially Highland Square.

So the foods okay(5/10) the noodles are soggy and have a bunch of teriyaki or something on them. The problem is the cleanliness. The floor is super sticky and looks like it’s never been cleaned. It smells like rotten meat and meldew. It’s dark and the whole atmosphere is run down. I wish them the best but please deal with the carpet in the front and the smell

The person who cooks the food seems like a nice person but she has about the same same level of cleanliness and is as nasty smelling as the restaurant before they lit an incense to cover the smell. I definitely cannot recommend this place, spend a few extra bucks and get something that won’t make you literally sick.

I ordered three chicken entress which came up to $42 even. My teenage son went in to pay for our order and she stole my money. Telling him he was short after she took the money but took $20. I went into ask why she would do that and she kept stuttering and lieing. I asked her about her rolling the cameras back and she said she was the owner and stated she didn’t have to. Very unprofessional and shadey. I tried to support a black owned business and this is the thanks I get. My day is ruined!

So this is my first time ordering from here, we got carry out. And never have I ever had worse hibachi! We ordered side of noodles and the noodles where chopped small and so soggy and tasted terrible! We ended up spending all that money just to throw out pretty much everything!
