This rating is indicative of an experience I had last week. Ordered Southwest salad, which I love. This one however was different it was wet all at the bottom. I drove back around the attendant said he would let manager know so I could receive fresh salad. Subsequently salad #2 same thing, pull up well make it fresh, salad #3 same brown liquid. I have to go back to drive thru for fourth attempt. Salad #4 I ask to speak to manager. She comes out not nice at all like I am now the problem. She insist the salad is fresh. I again hold up salad and explain this isn’t how the salads typically are. She wasn’t apologetic or empathetic to the fact I now am on my 3 visit in the drive thru (at the 26th busiest location in the US and the 1st in the state). When she came to the car I still had the original salad (the one in the photo) I told her straight up I wanted to keep it so I could add the chicken to my fresh salad for the inconvenience. She then told me I couldn’t, I replied fine well I still want some type of compensation for my time. It’s so frustrating companies continue to raise prices and when there is a fixable issue they react in this way. She then just handed me back the salad and went to try for the #5. Asked me to pull up. She delivers #5 it’s finally correct.
I go home to enjoy my salad and remove chicken from first salad and then I see what the obvious problem was the entire time. The brown liquid was from the beans and corn. I’m assuming when it was prepared that day it wasn’t drained properly. If anyone has taken the time to truly assess what was going on it probably would not have taken five attempts. Do better. It was definitely giving McDonald’s shake machine down kind of service vibes.

Visited this Chick-fil-A in Auburn, GA, for the first time today. The food was great. The cashier made three mistakes in our order. That was annoying. Other than that, e everything was great!

Line was long , it moved fast . Waited a bit longer than I wanted but all the food was piping hot and fresh. They apologized for the wait but I was happy with the freshness of the food . Besides added wait and the wait time to let the food cool great experience!

They just opened a new Chick-fil-A outside the mall in Auburn. I wanted to make sure everybody knows the one inside is still open. The one outside does not have seating except for a few picnic tables outside. When I eat out, I like to be able to sit down and actually relax. I am not a big fan of taking my food home for it to be cold or to find out that something is missing. The mall here is rarely busy so sitting in the food court is actually quite Pleasant and allows a little people watching and possibly a bit of shopping. I will actually be eating at this location more often now as they weren’t as slammed as they always were before.

Really unacceptable if I’m paying for the large portion I should be getting the large fries full,plus I y paid for 3 and they where all large , they weren’t even halfway and same with the mac & cheese y’all really need to do better bc it’s really not cheap. Very unsatisfied.

You have 3 people standing around to take one order at a time while he other two are standing there. I’ve tried this location several times now and the wait is always long. It’s simply not as efficient as other locations. They’ve been open long enough to fix the bugs. Not sure what the issue is but service doesn’t reflect the brand.

Ordered curbside, drove 5min, waited 22 more minutes, total of 27. How do folks using drive through that order after I arrive get food quicker? No longer CFA is no longer #1. Didn’t even get an apology or “my pleasure”

Daughter bought dinner, spent $40 & redeemed 2300 pts. Only received part of order & had to go back. Waited 1 hour for the rest of the order. All the food she already had was cold. Kids meal ice cream melted. The large fries were not even half way full. They did not replace any of the cold food. Or fill any of the fries but definitely charged for all large fries. Absolutely the worst chic fil a experience EVER! Family of 5 and the meal was cold and awful!!!

I have come here often for years and the drive through has been a major issue forever. I would highly recommend not coming for breakfast any day because you will wait outside for a minimum of 30 minutes even if there’s only a couple people in line of you. I always figured it would get better and it just hasn’t. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what but this morning there are 10 cars out here and 1 woman running pick up and drive through. Because of this even when you do get your food it’s cold! We’ve seen more people leave than get their food, which I have been in this position before where i had to leave $40 worth of food because after 30 minutes of waiting i couldn’t be any later for work. So unfortunately this is not a unique experience. Just go to Tigertown – the service is much better even with higher traffic.
