Owners dont care about their business. Only have 1 person doing and taking orders and then they tell me wait time is over and hour. Owners are lazy take advantage of their employees they pay $8 the hour and make them work no break Pinas locas is not worth it anymore ❌ flavors are bad and prices are higher ❌ better to try out small business who care about there business!

I tried my first drink from here and it was the malteado banana drink and omg it was so good, I felt like every sip it just got better and better. I think it’s all kinda overpriced tho, I understand certain items but for what I got, it should’ve at least been 6.50 – 7 imo and not 8. Coming here has to be an occasional thing because with those prices, your money will be gone before you know it

To be honest I support all small businesses. If you see my fb page and ig I always give give a feedback depending on customer service. This is not my first or 2nd time coming here, Everytime they mess up my orders, I always end up spending $30 and up and on top of that the people who work there are rude and seem like they don’t like their job. Its a shame because my daughter likes her smoothies there and I like to support but I’m not spending money where customer service sucks.

I usually love Charly cup, but today it was very disappointing, not enough fruit and the fruit I got mostlyango but it was bitter not ready to be eaten, most of it went to the garbage not good at all two thumbs down
