So. My friend and I went through drive around 10pm on Sunday March 8. We ordered a taco salad meal, chili cheese fries, and a Dave’s double meal. We were told they didn’t have medium or large drinks, so they gave us smalls and alleged they charged us less. Then, we are given everything (kind of; we almost drove away without a burger but were stopped before I drove off so I could grab it). Then we get home and there’s no fries in the bags, and no salsa n sour cream and a fork for the taco salad. And no receipt was given in the bag for us to call and tell them otherwise. Paying almost $40 and not getting the complete order is ridiculous.

Ordered through Uber eats app for pick up. First they said they didn’t have our order, even after showing the receipt on app stating food was ready. After 5 minutes and 2 employees they figured out the name was the reason for delay. (Even with the order code they couldn’t find the food) then we find our chicken burger like this… the employee who made this should be ashamed. They call that lettuce. Yet another fast food restaurant that I will not be going back to. To top it off the food was cold.

Most horrible experience passing through Sault Ste. Marie. we were hungry and stopped at great Northern Road for quick food. could not believe how long it took to get food at least 40 minutes! the whole attention This business gives is the drive-through and skip the dishes etc…while we’re sitting there we watched a bunch of sketchy people, , Like It was if they were using it for a warming centre For homeless. when we finally got our food, the order was missing one piece and they added fries to the other order which we didn’t want. The burger taste terrible. It was Doused with way too much sauce and hence the bun was wet/soggy. bunch of hired help in the back that don’t know how to prepare per standard . Finally the take out delivery couriers were in and out of there, between that and the drive through you, the dining in customers are simply ignored and anyone in that line up was very upset with the wait….I have nothing positive to report. Will never go to this particular fast food located aT Great Northern Road SSM, Wendys Management should be ashamed the staff need to get retrained!

Fast Food isn’t cheap anymore and at $22 for a damn combo these days I would sure hope I’d at least get what I ordered.

My 4 year old daughter was over the moon excited for the new crabby patties only to be beyond disappointed. There is nothing special about this meal, no special boxes or wrappers literally nothing defining this from a regular meal. The burger isn’t even served on a sesame seed bun. The staff was less than helpful when asked for clarification and it’s almost like they weren’t actually ready for the launch. This was beyond disappointing

stopped quick on way by Soo.got 2 mushroom melts ect to try out.quick courteous service and they wer awesome.good job.but….crazy busy ,need a bigger building and dont prioritize skip the bullshit or the other delivery scams over a customer standing there please.rude.

went through the drive thru made our order, got to window paid for our order. the girl missed one of the pop, told her there was a pop missing, she said she never put it on the order. asked if we could purchase one as it was for a child, shr straight up said “NO” We repeated can we purchase the missing pop at the window, her response was “UHMM NO!” this has got to be the lowest of the lows for fast food employees.. it is not my problem that she could hardly speak english, which leads me to believe that she probably cant read it either. this must be the reason why she refused the purchase of the pop.. she cant read English enough to punch 1 medium SPRITE into their hightech computer cash register… pretty pathetic on her behalf… if you can’t do your job right then maybe you should find employment elsewhere and let someone who us more qualified work.. SHAME ON THE OWNER OF THIS WENDY’S FRANCHISE FOR CLEARLY NOT MAKING SURE HIS STAFF IS QUALIFIED AND FIT FOR THIS JOB!!! I will NEVER… i repeat…NEVER .. go to this WENDY’S establishment again!!

Excellent service the ladies in there are dynamite. They are so helpful, I haven’t seen too many gentlemen serving but they are great too. The food is always perfect the lettuce I always have to ask for more. Lol. It’s clean in there. Try the Wendy’s phone app that’ll get you a few more sales. Since we don’t get the paper out of town for the sales.

We specifically asked for a Dave’s single with no cheese and only lettuce tomato and ketchup and they put 2 slices on the burger. We then called back twice and both times were met with a rude response and the guy said that he could not remake and give us a new sandwich because he was 100% sure he didn’t make a mistake. I am lactose intolerant and could not eat the burger so my money was wasted.
