Ordered on Uber eats and got a full refund. This is not authentic Mediterranean food. Ordered the grill chicken plate and received overcooked, tasteless chicken. Warm soggy salad, no tomatoes or onions btw, most Mediterranean places will always add that to your salad. Hummus was nothing special, store bought taste better. Should have received 3 tzatziki sauces and only received 2. Ordered a ginger ale and got a Sierra Mist. The best thing from this place was their tzatziki sauce. Now I see why the prices were so cheap.

Blue Olive Grill is hands-down one of the best Mediterranean spots I’ve ever visited. We ordered the Group Plate, and it was absolutely perfect for our party of four. The portions were incredibly generous, and the variety made it a great way to sample the best the restaurant has to offer.
The hummus was silky smooth and rich in flavor, and the tzatziki was refreshingly tangy. Everything tasted fresh and made from scratch, just as their motto promises. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our food came out quickly even though the restaurant was busy.
The Group Plate was a great value and made it easy for us to enjoy a shared meal without having to pick individual entrees. If you’re dining with a group, I highly recommend going this route—it’s flavorful, satisfying, and a true crowd-pleaser.

My family introduced me to this place as they went there for lunch. My Dad raves about the gyros (who has high standards for gyro meat) and my Mom was a fan of the spicy chicken plate. I tried the plan with them during dinner and I will now be a regular. You can tell they use fresh olive oil and even sell their olive oil in bottles. The rice was flavorful and the hummus was up there with the best hummus I had. I normally do not eat salad but it was well dressed and a great compliment to the meat and rice. The s falafel is the best falafel I have ever had in my entire life.I had to placed an extra order after destroying the appetizer. The baklava had such a unique almost cinnamon bun like taste, I loved it so much I got one to go for my significant other. Additionally, the service was phenomenal and the person who took our order was very deliberate in taking good care of the place and keeping things orderly. Thank you for your great service and quality food.

This is some of the BEST Mediterranean food I’ve had. The falafel are especially good – not at all greasy, full of flavor. The Arabic pita bread is delicious. I’ve not preferred dolma until trying the Blue Olive dolma – the flavor balance is perfect! We have had the food delivered and we have done takeout. Very gracious staff. They have accommodated my dairy allergy every time. So glad Blue Olive is in McKinney! Highly recommend!

This is one of the best restaurants on the planet. I went here for the first time in 2019, every time I go I get the vegetarian pita wrap. I went dozens of times when I lived in the area, and I don’t even live in the state anymore but Blue Olive has been a major consideration and a required stop every time I have come back for a visit. I have rearranged my agendas to come here. I have planned trips around how many times I could come here. My whole family loves Blue Olive, I love Blue Olive, I am eating Blue Olive as I write this, Blue Olive is amazing.

A amazing local find with outstanding Greek / Mediterranean food. We had the chicken rice bowl and Gyro plate and both were excellent and highly recommended. It was the best Greek food I have had in Texas and we will definitely be back. They don’t serve alcohol but you can bring your own wine. It is pretty basic in the restaurant but the food more than makes up for it.

We ordered for falafel, chicken kebob, and grilled chicken plate. Taste wise, the food was below average, not at all tasty. Had to wait for the food for a long time. Those who were seated for the dine-in were served later. On the other hand, they prepare parcel pick-up orders faster than the dine-in orders. Definitely not recommended.
