Whilst in United States I literally went for lunch at this place every single afternoon! Such a great concept! I went there for a bowl of soup and sandwich every time. My favourite soup was definitely tomato soup! I’m in love with their hazelnut coffee as well. I will definitely come back. I would describe this place as a healthy fast food. Customer service was also amazing. Affordable prices too- for 2 people sandwich and a bowl of soup each, coffee and brownie- paired appropriately $40.

How can you have a bakery that’s out of most bagels, no soufflés, coffee, on a Sunday morning. No one working but the woman making sandwiches and no regular coffee cups. Everyone else standing around like they are lost. Got my cherry danish and had to ask for it to be warmed. Always a “thing” at other Panerra shops we frequent.
Good thing we don’t live here because I would probably never frequent again.

Not your average stop. Mediocre food at best, not warm. Didnt bother asking uf I wanted the bagel sliced, toasted, etc.. ok for a self service station, but a Panera Bread? This was the 3rd and last time we will ever go to this location. How pathetic when all you want is coffee which is empty, no creamer, and staff is too busy yapping and texting to give a crap about the place and items. Ended up with stale coffee with no creamer. Amazes me how people put up with this type of stupid, specially when it should be a trusted brand. Very disappointing indeed.

My fiancé ordered a toasted steak and cheddar melt and asked for no pickled onions. We got home and they gave us, I guess what’s called a pepperoni mozzarella sandwich. See picture. On top of that they told us that our gift card wasn’t working, I scratched the PIN number off and manually looked up the balance and it had a full balance. They also forgot to give us our soda so we had to ask for that. Guess it’s our fault for not checking the food before we left

They charged me for a whole salad & wouldn’t even have the decency after MESSING up my order to give me a $1 soup with the half salad. The lady at the drive thru had no idea about the $1 soup add in so I had to tell her and she told me I could do it with a half salad. She then charged me for a full salad & the manger came over. She was dismissive & said she can’t give me a half salad with a $1 soup. Ma’am, it’s a $1. You just charged me for the wrong order & I have to wait 7 days to get my money back & you can’t give me a $1 soup??? Hahaha wowww
