I wanted to star 1 but they remove 1 stars. Listen out of all the McDonalds in our area this one is the WORST And I’m trying to be constructive here. The FRIES are always SOGGY! (8th time here)Either they are cooling the oil down too much or the fry time is too short. Second there is never any salt on the cold soft floppy fries! There needs to be better MANAGEMENT and training! The best McDonalds is in Walmart Grand-parkway . The Manager guy has it down to an Art. If you want some beautiful crispy salty golden strands of joy head over to there. OH AND McDonalds give that old McDonalds guy some stock and a raise!

Paid for my order on drive thru at 8:08 AM , went to window 1 , got my coffee and waited a few minutes, the manager then told me to proceed to parking #1 and they would be bringing my food to the car. After a long wait I call them and who ever answered asked me where I was and would be bringing out shortly. Finally at 8:27AM someone brought the food . ( no apologies for the long wait either)

ordered delivery and missing one of the burgers from the three value meals on the order. Refused to deliver the missing one and tried to blame the Uber driver. Uber driver was livid and said that this location is notorious for shorting the order and placing blame elsewhere. Bags were sealed and handed to driver so there is no way the driver can be at fault. Three orders of fries were soggy. So after paying for the delivery fee and the delivery service they only wanted to throw in an extra order of fries to make up for it. They must really think that we are that clueless. Since we had to send someone back there to get the missing burger we might as well have not had it delivered. I’m owed another burger and my delivery fee. When speaking to the manager whom I could not understand because of a language barrier, she was dismissive and refused to accept blame.

Terrible waiting time always and when you do get your food it’s cold . Obviously the people and the manager that worked or don’t care I have never seen a McDonald’s this slow and so unorganized. You might as well go to Sonic down the street get much faster service and hot food.

THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!! I’ve never left a bad review before but I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago. They aren’t busy right now. So why do I have to park and wait for my food. Everytime I order even if it’s a simple hot and spicy. And I’m sitting there waiting for 5-10 minutes.

Stopped by to get my daughter a Quarter Pounder With Cheese (Plain), and they got our order right. Got to the window and asked if their ice-cream machine was working, guys lo and behold- it was working!!! So I got my daughter an ice-cream cone, she was joyous!! No lines, quick service!

I have NEVER gotten the correct item in THIS McDonalds. And I make simple orders; usually by the meal number. How hard it is to get a McRib and a large Dr Pepper?! I don’t know… because after I waited ten minutes they brought me my drink and two orders of fries! The absolute WORST Mc Donalds I’ve ever been to!

They forgot my fries. Took forever to get them replaced. The cheese on the double cheeseburgers was cold. And there’s no Fountains to refill your drinks. All hand sanitizers were out including the one in the bathroom.

something was wrong with app orders. table service non existant even though the option is proposed on the app and on the kiosk. i saw people wait for 10 min before getting service at the cashier. i was eating in but still got a bag that i had to pick up and there was no napkins. the ketchup dispenser was empty, the lobby was filthy. too bad because the restaurant is pretty and modern. covid is over, bring back normal service, i know the fast and easy is tempting and most people will still comply but it’s the little things that you used to do. can’t even believe i have to review a McDonald’s
