Sole Soups is hands down one of my favorite lunch spots. The soup here is absolutely incredible, always fresh, flavorful, and made with top quality ingredients. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship in every bowl.
Paul, the owner, is fantastic. He’s personable, attentive, and clearly understands what great customer service is all about. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people make you want to keep coming back, but Sole Soups nails it every time.

Best soups around! Good variety. You can tell the soup is made with love. I always get the ready to drink beef bone broth instead of a protein shake too. Nice little health hack and you feel great afterwords.

Sole Soups is so delicious! Everyone I know feels the same. They have 2 locations and the attention to detail is excellent at both. I love their soups and their broths. It’s nice to purchase their frozen soups and have them ready in your freezer for when you need a hot pick me up.

Wow ok so I love curry and I love wholesome nutritionist food and this place just hit the spot for both and their staff is extremely nice and helpful love this place wish I knew about it sooner! Keep up the great work SoLe soups and I will keep on supporting this business I was surprised to not see any negative reviews about the price of soup but that just goes to show how great they are! I am disappointed with the service. I planned to buy 10 packs of frozen soups and arrived at 10:40 AM. The salesperson was there, so I explained that I needed frozen soups from the freezer—not their freshly prepared ones. I just wanted to make my purchase and leave. However, the young man said no and told me to wait 20 minutes because they open at 11 AM.
This is how businesses lose customers. I will never go there again. Would it have been so difficult to accommodate me, especially when he was already at the counter?

Tried this place for the first time for lunch today and what a treat it was. The gal working was an absolute sweetheart, so helpful and let me try all the soups. I settled for the black bean soup. It was so delicious. It came with focaccia that was so good! I broke it up into my soup. Can’t wait to go back!
