I’ve been coming to Tortillería Terrell for a while now and honestly, it never disappoints. The tacos de birria are on another level — juicy, rich, and full of flavor. You can tell they put love into making them. And the chicken fajitas? So good. Perfectly seasoned and always fresh.But what really keeps me coming back isn’t just the food , it’s the people. Everyone who works there is super nice and welcoming, and they make you feel right at home. Maria at the counter is the best! She’s funny and makes us feel at home. The whole team has great energy.
If you haven’t tried it yet, go. You’ll end up addicted like the rest of us.

The service was good. The food was okay. They should really make their own salsa. They bring out salsa that’s pre-packaged in little bags.
Thanks for the response. It doesnt taste right out of the bags. It tastes commercially processed. You should also serve the salsa with Bowles so you dont have to squeeze the salsa out of the bag on to the chips.

Really great spot! The food was super good and everything came out quick. Marisol was so friendly and helpful—she had such a great attitude and made the experience even better. You can tell she cares about the customers. Definitely coming back!

Stoped in for a quick bite before leaving Terrell back to Houston. The food here was actually pretty good. The salsa was very tasty.
The tostada I had tasted like one I would have made at home. The ambiance was nice and very similar actual feel of Mexico. I recommend and would go back. Marisol did great.

This plate was $10. The menu said it came with 3 tamales, when my husband went back because I only received 2, she said “oh, yeah the menu is wrong.” This isn’t enough food to fill anyone up for $10.. and they’re rock hard on the ends, I can’t even bite into that last chunk in the picture. It’s just disappointing for being so expensive..

As a traveler, i always like to read reviews about places before going to them and when i came across this place. I read the reviews and had to observe for myself. And i got to say the experience and expectations for this place were amazing!! We had a server name Maria V. and might i add she not only exceeded the expectations for us but made sure nothing was unattended. From the friendly service and questions about the menu to the check out process!! Would highly recommend for people who like great service and fresh food!! Thank you Maria for everything !! I would come back no question

The food is not bad, I did have one mishap when I ordered tortillas for a party they had lost my order and almost had to pay another 200$ luckily I still had my receipt and CC charge on my phone for it.
The last few times I have gone up there for their services have been outstanding they hired they hired a new employee I believe her name is Marisol and it has changed the whole atmosphere I walk in there and I am greeted with smiles and small talk it even makes the food taste better.
