I go to this location all the time. I normally have no issues at all. Pizza’s good and the staff is as accommodating as they need to be. However this time, I ordered 3 crazy sauces. They weren’t even filled halfway. I asked the staff if I could have sauces that are filled all the way and was told this was how they come now. I understand this is a petty complaint, but if I’m paying money for what is essentially jarred marinara, it should be filled all the way. If this is a new rule implemented by the franchisee, you should rethink your business strategies and not pinch your customers for every penny.

Something is wrong with the pizza tastes terrible like chemical or metal. It was disgusting. We threw the pizza in the garbage. We’ll never buy pizza from Little Caesars again Good lord disgusting commercial was good convinced us to try but never again. I probably chalk this up to bad management.

They were clearly understaffed but that’s understandable however the verbiage that was used by the manager to set the expectation that there was a 45min wait on pizza was disappointing. We were told that the wait was due to “slow” people who don’t know what they are doing! If those are the words used by management to customers about their employees I can only imagine how poorly the employees are treated. We decided to leave because I knew then the quality of the food would be poor. Treat people with respect and they will preform at high standards treat people poorly and they will preform at low standards. Happy employees equals great quality and happy customers.

Every time I go in there and ask for a Hot-N-Ready, they never have any, or all they have is the extra toppings pizza that costs too much. I walked out due to nothing being ready, and it’s dead inside.

Got a pepperoni hot and ready. Guilty pleasure and really well done. Fresh and hot and ready. The guy at the cash register was really cool and funny. I had to eat two pieces of it before I left and decided for one more on my way home. I don’t recommend eating while driving… But it was so good.
***I went in recently and threw was a young manager named Ruby with a crew of mostly new hires at a peak busy hour and this young woman was a very impressive sight to behold. Navigating all the new people taking orders, making pizza, training ojt’s, navigating a dozen different employees and customers some of which required 2 languages because there were some Spanish only speakers and this poor girl made miracles happen in front of me whole I just waited for my walk in order to be made. She’s a small person but a magnificent customer service rep and I’ll probably never see her again unless I’m picking up a cheat day dinner, but if not be surprised to see that girl own a chain of businesses one day. Ruby is you read this keep going girl you got IT! You got it girl and it’s special cuz a lot of people don’t. And now you know why I asked you your name. You thought done 40 year old was hitting on you probably but I wanted you to be recognized for what you’re doing. 5 stars that girl she got it!

Today was very POOR PIZZA!!! BOTH OF MY PIZZA WERE NOT CUT RIGHT VERY SLOPPY IT HAD MORE TOMATOES SAUCE THAN CHEESE! WACO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BEFORE LEAVING! They could have done way better.
