I had an extraordinary experience compared to my last visit. It was all because of the General Manager Sierra Rill. I told her exactly how I wanted my sandwich to be made (since it was made wrong the last time). She did a fantastic job of making it just like I wanted. When I got home, I couldn’t wait to eat it. It was delicious!! Thank You Sierra for being so incredibly kind and providing a level of customer service that will definitely bring me back to Jersey Mike’s for another delicious sandwich. Hopefully you’ll be working.

Couldn’t have had a better experience! All the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the sandwiches were perfect! I don’t usually do subs because there has never been a good place around the area I thought was worth the money, but I was happily proven wrong today! I will definitely be back for more!

Listen, Bailey? Shes the best. I dont get a super long break, and I know that jersey Mike’s is always busy. But Bailey is hands down phenomenal. When you ask someone if theyre busy busy on the inside, and this wonderful woman has my entire order put in and almost completely done by the time I get there, and it wasnt even rushed. Her sandwich was perfect . It was beautifully made. Not sloppy or falling apart.

Ordered three subs with rosemary Parmesan bread. Without asking whether I still wanted the sandwich they unilaterally substituted the bread on one of the sandwiches.
They wrote a note on the bag which nobody could see until opening it up. It’s funny because I ordered and paid for a rosemary Parmesan sandwich and got a wheat sandwich which is less than ideal at $20/sandwich.
Sorry, I didn’t order this sandwich and never had a chance to cancel it. But they had a chance to tell me about it because I waited half an hour for them to make it. Must be a Jersey Mike’s thing. Never had this happen anywhere else.
Oh yes. This was ordered at 8pm. Long before close.

Came in yesterday and the worker was so rude because I didn’t know the name of the sandwich. Female Worker with black hair and glasses very poor attitude and EXTREMELY rude. Made me cry, I still paid for my sub but I shouldn’t have. No costumer service skills I won’t be back

Meats are fresh and real, unlike Subways. The bread is wonderful! I’ve tried the turkey sandwich and the Philly. Both are a 5 star. Looking forward to getting one in Sterling Illinois so I don’t have to drive 20 minutes to get one. But worth the trip. I’ll be back.
