Worst service ever! My husband and I walked in and both servers disappeared to the back. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes and then my husband went up and rung the bell. He ordered our food and 2 beers for here, we waited 10 minutes for our beers. Still waiting for our food, 40 minutes later…

Absolutely the worse service I have experienced in a long time. After waiting 30 minutes we come to find out they never started our pizza. We were the only customers in the establishment. For a so called family restaurant, they had wrestling and ridiculous comedies on the tvs. I would never recommend this Pizza hut to anyone.

We showed up at 9:45pm to dine and the server/cook (Robert) said he wasn’t taking dine in. In my opinion why not shut it down or make it known, if your short staffed. We drove across town to dine in only to be turned away. Mind you online states open till 1 am !!!

We ordered a large Meat Lovers pizza; it was the size of a Papa Murphy’s medium pizza, but with less toppings to a comparable pizza from Papa Murphy’s. It was loaded with grease, and quite honestly, was the worst pizza I’ve had in quite a while. The only positive thing I can take from this is that it was delivered in the amount of time that they quoted. The delivery person was friendly and personable, to say the least. I can order the same type of pizza from Papa Murphy’s for half the price. I do recognize the fact that there is a bit less labour cost involved from Papa Murphy’s, due to the fact they don’t have to bake the pizza; this also cuts down on Papa Murphy’s overhead. The reality is, you charged us $30 for a piece of crap. I have a blog that is similar to Yelp. I do not have near the following as Yelp, but I do have enough. Shame on you; the franchise that used to be the best in the United States.

Decided we wanted sit-down pizza experience and stopped by this Hut. We were greeted and then told to seat ourselves. We sat, unattended for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant. We got up and left. Just absolutely terrible service.

Had a large half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. Took it home. Sorry to say the whole thing was terrible. The dough,the red sauce, the toppings it was sloppy not tasting good at all. What HAPPENED.? They use to be great, the best pizza. I tried 3 different times for take home. Sorry to say Papa M’s take and bake are now much better than here.
