Delicious food with so many options to choose from! So far, the mini tropi-cheeseburger and chicken and cheese empanadilla were awesome and so flavorful! The famous pina colada and watermelon slushie pop specials were the perfect afternoon sweet treats. We will be back to try more!

Round 2! I was here last year when when they first opened and I enjoyed it then! This time, I enjoyed it even more. I felt guilt free eating this fresh and flavorful chicken bowl. The chicken was insanely tender and moist. The cooked was perfected. The cilantro sauce was great and really brought the veggies and chicken together. The rice was well prepared. Two things for me personally is I would like the chicken cut into smaller/diced pieces to have some in each bite. Second, call me crazy but a little dash of mango or pineapple could possibly elevate this even more. Something a touch sweet to splash with the other flavors would be really nice touch I believe. Go support this local truck who has great service and yummy food!

I’d love to give 5 stars because the empanadas were sooo delicious. Whoever makes them has serious talent! But the food truck is new and has some room for improvement. The food truck is well designed…bright and fun. Menu is easy to read. Prices are fair.
No customers were there when we arrived. We ordered 2 empanadas and fries. I thought they’d drop them in the fryer and they’d be done in a few minutes but we waited 30 minutes. No chairs so we just stood up to wait 30 minutes. We got pinacolada for $9 and it came in a cute souvenir cup. It was yummy but had big ice chunks in it. If the drink was served first instead of with the food that would have made the 30 minute wait better.
The fries were good.
I’d love to get their empanadas again but I think we should order ahead.
I heard another customer say the breakfast sandwiches are huge and delicious. I’d like to try this place again someday.
I’d probably give 5 stars if their wait time was shorter and their frozen drinks more blended.

Stopped by their new location today for some dinner for our family. First timers & we most definitely will be back! Ordered the steak & shrimp Tropi Boy, The Chick Shack Sandwich & a grilled cheese kids meal. Man o man! So so so good! The flavor of the meats are mouth watering. I don’t know what kind of sauce they use but I want more of it! Thank you for the yummiest dinner we’ve had this week! Thankfully we live close so this will become a regular spot for us. ♥️

Jorge is the owner of this food truck and he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. If you’re looking for a fun atmosphere with delicious authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, I definitely recommend stopping by. My husband and I ordered the steak and cheese empanadillas and they were sooo good!
