Poor management (Jessica being one of them).
Went through drive through. After discovering my burger was a tiny double cheeseburger you could get at McDonalds for $2.50 I took it inside to get my money back. Cashier went and got Jessica. She walks up with all 23 years of attitude (child) and says “you want your money back or you want to complain some more!?” I said “I just want my money back attitude” Jessica “well your taking pictures..” me “and? I’m taking pictures to show whats advertised and what you all handed me.” Jessica with all kinds of attitude and facial anger “oh so what no restaurants pics look like the food they serve!”
Me “oh so your justifying it! I’ll make sure the 5.1 million people who read my reviews know how you feel and act, your being recorded btw…”
Stomps off with my receipt, food and never gives me my money back.
I wait for about 10 minutes and finally the cashier tries to give me my money back minus the tax…” Umm yeah you owe me more than that…whats tax here?” Finally get a full refund.
AVOID this place like the plague.
Jessica needs to go back to customer service training and lose the attitude.

The burgers & fries so hungry. The kids meal worth it. The service is greater than I expected. The employees with nice attitude. Busier than usual. The counter with seats is my favorite spot to eat and drink. The table looks ok so far. Loud as always. Pretty quiet sometimes. Great atmosphere of course. The fountain drinks selection from the machine. I feel relaxed. That’s all.

Food is always great at Burger King. What I paid for was too much number 1 whopper with cheese. chicken McNuggets and i asked for a regular which we all know regular is medium the cup he gave me is a small cup, were I got the lid from It was at the small section. I brought it to his attention why I got a small instead of medium and he said that is a regular. I don’t know about that if I would’ve asked for a regular, he would charge me for that extra cup, which is about 2-3$ . And that would’ve been extra separate charge . Everywhere I go cups are medium when you ask for regular. I don’t think he’s right for doing what he does charging people extra if they want a medium cup that’s where he wrong (manager black shirt)…That’s why I gave a three stars manager’s gotta change his way and stop trying to make extra money of us customers. It’s a rip off…. I wonder if corporate office reads these reviews we all post about this place. They need to straighten this particular restaurant….,

Went in to savor that “Flame Broiled” taste. The restaurant was clean and there was no line. I stepped right up to the counter and was greeted with a smile and “welcome to Burger King”. I had a $5 coupon for two “Whopper Jr.” which included two fries and two drinks. Not a bad deal. So while they cook my burgers I got the drinks. Five minutes later my order was ready. It was to go and once I got it home it was delicious.

The lady was really nice no hate to The Establishment because I love Burger King but I’ve been at this line for over 25 minutes to get some literally instant food and I’m about to be late to work and it’s really rather frustrating.

I came through the drive through after forgetting my wallet I asked only who I can assume is the manager if I can pay with my bk app and he going idk it’s your phone, brother idk if your app lets me pay with it in the drive through at your location there’s no need to be a rude ahs baby about anything. Listen, I don’t usually do bk reviews because I don’t be wanting people to know I go more than I should haha but today I got to say they made a good day a great day! I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong location while at this one. And DRIVE THRU. however upon being asked for help my Ms. Yessica, I told her what happened and I was really hoping just to cancel it and place a new order. I work in customer experience and in the service industry and let me tell you as a manager she handled everything with such ease and professionalism. She was able to help me locate my order in between like 5 other orders plus someone clocking out I think, after locating it at another location she manages, WONDER WOMAN IF YOU ASK ME for that, she was able to get it processed and handed to me at this location and I just want to say thank you. I don’t often receive good service but when I do I am not letting it go unnoticed. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS YESSICA!

I’ve been coming here at this location for decades and every visit is an enchanting experience. Service has been and always been above professional standards. Everyone is working together like a finely tune instrument firing at all cylinders. Lucero, Hugo, Mellissa, Tony all do there highest abilities to make your visit the best it can humanly be done. The manager Yesica is always at her highest professional capabilities to make sure an order is accomplished in a timely manner. She’s gotta be the best manager of all BKs I’ve visited. I’m a Burger King enthusiast since college days and I’ve visited them from the Tijuana border to San Francisco and this location wins hands down. The owner of this location better be extremely proud of the staff her for a the efforts this team performs. Yesica the manager is the most fabulous manager you could ever have in an organization as such. And for all the negativity that is printed I would mark it as operator errors. They just having a bad day and are taking it out on this location. All hail this Burger King location!!!! The great and powerful Tony has spoken!
