I was Born in Navarre and raised betweeen Navarre and Fort Walton. I’m familiar with so many restaurants and trucks around here but this has got to be either a new place or a very Hidden secret. where’s Keith Lee at to review this place when we need him?! There wasn’t much of a wait but this place should be way more busy with the line wrapped around the truck and down highway 98…I ordered an arepa frita. (A Venezuelan traditional take on a Grilled chicken sandwich) with all of the cheeses, no lettuce as the lettuce would get warm and wilt on a warm sandwich. Sauces on the side. The cilantro and garlic sauce are very flavorful. I’ve never had a good sauce that was infused with a decent amount of cilantro flavoring and Rivero’s makes it perfectly. There’s a large amount of bacon and cheese on the fries (worth ordering) and the make your own sandwich/arepa price is good for the amount served. I’m not a food reviewer so I don’t know all of the words I should use to describe this place but if you’re hungry and just wanting to try something new…I’d definitely recommend this Venezuelan street food. Arepa: 10/10, bacon and cheese fries: 9.5/10 SalchiQueso Hotdog 8/10. (I am only giving it an 8 because of my personal preferences. This is the first Venezuelan street food I’ve ever had. All of the flavors are great but I’m a texture person and I can’t tolerate the soft cheese with the crunchy potato sticks/chips on the hotdog but when I ate them all separate it was a 10/10.)

I had an amazing experience at Rivero’s Street. Their cachapas are an absolute must try. They are perfectly sweet, incredibly flavorful, and topped with their specialty cheese that melts beautifully with every bite. The empanadas and arepas are just as delicious, each packed with authentic Venezuelan taste and clearly made with care.
If you are looking to enjoy real Venezuelan food made with love, this is definitely the place to visit. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. We brought our dog and got to enjoy great food in a comfortable outdoor seating area. We tried the Empanadas, Arepas, Papas Locas, and Passionfruit Juice – everything was delicious and ready quickly! I highly recommend Rivero’s Street!
