Best fried chicken. This location is bright, clean and nice place to eat lunch.
I like the chicken tenders which came hot and juicy… come in mild or spicy. My wife got the two piece dark and it was crisp, hot and juicy too.
Service was friendly.
Access is a but circuitous and while there is enough parking since most people do drive thru you may need to walk a bit further than at other fast food outlets.

They one at the valley mall. Is not one to go to. If you want good food. Dual highway. I ordered thru the app. Food for me and my grandson half was missing. Called the store. The lady said yeah we don’t have it. I said you have mash potatoes cause I ordered 2 only got one. My cheesecake was missing and the new chicken dippers if not available please remove from menu. Come on now. I wanted to order from dual highway it wouldn’t let me today. I’m not happy

(I’m making this post on my fiancés page) I make an online order I don’t receive all my items. I go in the store the worker (supposedly manager) says there’s nothing he can do. (He’s smiling) looking high. I ask so if I made an order and you decide not to put anything in the bag oh well? He says”yes”there’s nothing we can do if you don’t have your online order food, he was rude disrespectful very challenging argumentative combative and didn’t care about me as a customer! Told me to go get my husband having a screaming match with a pregnant women. Idk if he was racist or just dumb. All I wanted was the biscuits utensils and freaking napkins. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. As a “manager” all he had to do was apologize and get the basic things I didn’t receive that I paid for. Could’ve literally avoided the nonsense. This was terrible and I doubt if anything is even done. Hope hes drug tested. I will be contacting cooperate no one should be running a store like this treating people this way. You treat customers kind with respect. I wish I would’ve never came to this Popeyes. NEVER AGAIN and I’ll be telling friends and family not to come here. Definitely will be going to Facebook about this location.

I ordered late last night and the chicken was cold and not fresh and also I ordered spicy and they gave us regular. On a seperate occasion they did the same thing and forgot one of our sides as well. I love popeyes but this location has been very disappointing lately.

They made me wait even though my order was ready
I showed them my order # and they made me wait even longer standing in line with people that don’t know what a shower is
Then when I finally got home with the chicken the popcorn shrimp was light and a whole large box of fries were missing from the bag as I robbed so pissed!
I hate this Popeyes and I hate Haggard Haggardstown!

Wasn’t told they didn’t have cocktail sauce for the popcorn shrimp until I asked for it as the handed us our bagged order. Had I known that, I would’ve ordered something different. Get out to my car and double check our order (because last time they shorted us 2sides) and the popcorn shrimp was missing. Walk back in with the entire order in the bag and have to stand in a line for 5+ min because they had gotten busy. The guy behind the chicken counter clearly seen me standing there with the bag in one hand and a receipt in the other yet made no effort to tell someone to assist me so I didn’t have to stand in line. I finally get to the counter and tell the boy the popcorn shrimp is missing and he replies with ‘ I bagged this one myself’ AS IF HE was lying. So I shoved the bag toward him, he looks through it then turns around to a lady and says ‘popcorn shrimp’ to which she pushes a box towards him with the popcorn shrimp in it. ZERO accountability, so now our food is cold because it’s been over 15 min since we were given the bag. Get home and realize NONE of the chicken orders is a biscuit!!!!!!

Always always always one of the best Popeyes around! Food is always good the service is always good. We go out of our way to eat at this location!!
