I was disappointed with my food order. I requested Italian sausage, only to get home and see that I has Pepperoni. Because the gentleman wouldn’t give me a receipt at the time of payment, I was not able to review/correct in advance. When I called, the phone just rang for over 20 minutes. I gave up! The traffic was heavy, I was tired and did not feel like going back. The pizza did taste good, I’m just not a fan of Pepperoni.

No one wants to be a complainer but it’s like you’re almost forced to with some businesses like this one. I returned to redeem a credit from an old order that arrived cold and an hour after estimated delivery and with no ranch (btw ranch is paid for separately if you get wings at this place). I picked up my order today and the wings are all burnt and rubbery. They were hot wings no reason they should look like bbq burnt wings. At this point y’all can just keep the additional credit I have. It’s not worth the disappointment of this place.

Placed my order online at 5:45pm, the pick up time was 7:41pm, which was crazy enough but upon arrival the pizza was cold!!!! Cheese was hard, the box was only warm from being in their warmer!! I remember why no one eats there anymore!!!

I had a fantastic experience at this pizza hut! The cashier by the name of Jared was incredibly friendly and made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The service was prompt, and my pizza was delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving great pizza and excellent customer service!

I had horrible experience with pizza hut on Uvalde. Place order I guess it was the call center that took it, they told me ready in 15 minutes but when my friend went to go get the order, there is no order and no wings to even sell to me, he was told. I called the store because I wanted to talk to the manager find out why i could place and order give my credit card information to a person, then there is no order, and we made trip to go pick it up. I called the stores number to talk to manager. My friend told the girl at counter I was calling, the phone was ringing in the store, and he told her the phone is ringing, she knew I would be calling because he told her but she said they don’t answer the phone. So I told my friend tell her I want a manager to call me back, we’ll never received a call back. I will never go there again!!!
