April 10, 2025- went thru the drive- thru & there was so much background noise I could not hear the male attendant. They charged me a Hersheys Pie & did not put it in the bag! So I called them & the male attendant says” It’s not my fault” Can you imagine! He starts raising his voice at me! Oh my, very poor customer relations here. I told him I was not blaming you & why are you fighting wit me, the customer? Of course this falls on tne Manager & owner. Horrible, horrible service!

It’s always this Burger King… I don’t know why management allows for old products to be given to the people. Fresh food have a certain time to be considered “Fresh” after that, it has to be thrown away. But this BK still uses it.

On Wednesday night between 7:30 and 9:00 pm we visited this location to pick up food we ordered. Food was not made to specification and COLD (we app ordered it in the parking lot). It was two Whoppers made wrong and the kids nugget meal came without the sauce. We tried to get attention at the window to no avail the team lead seem to be in a rush. We got down and it was dead other than a three person family in the play area. The team lead had very bad attitude when I explained what was wrong she then got upset and scooped it all up with attitude and he the line cook remake it, but she actually came back, threw it on the counter said it’s going to be the same anyways. Is this how Burger King trains their employees. Is this the type of person you want in a position of leadership. Does the store manager know how this team leader acts when they’re away. Does the regional manager know the store manager hires people like this. And no this wasn’t a regular employee because she looks/acts like the time that will blame it on somebody else it was not the gentleman on the line or the other female employee in a regular Burger King t-shirt. This was the button up with the fancy collar, female. We spent hours on the road that day and we just wanted some good old Burger King compassion and great service that they’re supposed to be known for and we got this horrible and absolutely atrocious experience. A person that acts that childish should not be any sort of leadership position.

If there was a negative star i would use it. There was no one at front counter to get our orders , there was 3 customers in front of me and after 10 minutes and literary getting the cooks attention he came to get our orders. There was literally no one in dine in area. Not even the other manager teresa approached us to assist us. Soon after the assistant manager Priscilla walks in with 2 raspas from across the street and get to work fixing orders while still texting and using where food is being handled as a cellphine holder cause thats where she placed her home and still contined to text away. So raspas was more important to them than customer service. This is a reflection of the area manger’s ability to hire competent store mangers.

I just went to eat there with my husband and son and food was fresh and got what we ordered. I was amazed how everyone there was so young and yet store was cleaned, customer service was great and most of all we got what we paid for. I had to ask who was the manager in charge right now and his name is, Carlos. I live closer to the one on Alton gloor and even the one on price and those two are just awful and have been for years. Never have I gotten a meal that looks or tastes like it’s been sitting there for hours at this Burger King and at anytime if the day, service is always great. Thank you managers and staff for running a fast food joint that you can still dine in and enjoy the food with a great environment.
