Every time I visit this location, the food is cold and the overall quality just isn’t there. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or a problem with food-hold times, but the quality control definitely needs attention. The dining room also feels neglected – the TV hasn’t been working, and there’s no ketchup available unless you ask for it. The soda machine touch screen isn’t the most responsive. With today’s prices, customers should expect better. This franchisee really needs to address these issues.

Overall the Burger King is what you would expect. The staff was very friendly. However I don’t want to count this against this location, but more of a problem with their honey mustard supplier. I got two cups with my meal, and one was insanely spicy it tasted like wasabi, which makes a little sense mustard is a cousin to wasabi, but the other one was sickeningly sweet. Could their honey mustard supplier be consistent with what they send them?

This Burger King was definitely one of the worse ones I’ve been to.
i felt like the cashier was kinda awkward or something since every so often she would giggle after we would tell her the order. But mainly she wasn’t completely hearing what we ordered and kinda winged it.
The onion rings were cold and mushy, the strawberry freeze with nerds would of been better if the freeze was made when it was ordered and not sitting they also forgot the nerds so had to ask for them. Also ordered a original chick sandwich witch sadly was the only thing that was correct and tasted decent, the jr whooper I ordered was barley warm and when I asked to add cheese and no onions they managed to forget the cheese as well as put onions on the sandwich.
So if you do decide to go to this Burger King definitely go in the evening we had hot onion rings and everything was correct with the order.

Fries are usually cold and chewy. The last time I was here, they told me to pull front away from the window, and they would bring the food out. There were no other customers there, and there was no one else in line. Why they told me to pull front? Who knows. Took about five minutes for them to get me my 15 dollar burger and cold fries, and then when I was on my way home with my meal, I realized they did not give me my drink. I called them, and they said they would not refund me, and the only way to get partially reimbursed is to come back in and get a free drink. Ridiculous. I will not be going back.

Absolutely horrible!..i got an order of mozz stix and im no expert but I don’t know how long they had to have been sitting under the heat lamp to turn them this brown but they were totally disgusting and inedible..either make these things fresh per order or don’t make em at all..the picture says it all…gross!

I came here with my boyfriend to take advantage of the $3.00 whopper Wednesday deal. This Burger King location is a gem! Hot fresh food and friendly employees. They were all great the location was right off of exit 90 next to Loves Truck Stop and across from a Holiday Inn Express.

Came here for dinner with friends after going riding and it was the worse service experience I have ever had. The staff seemed frazzled and there was a long wait with no one else in the store. The order had to be reminded to staff as they were missing parts of the order and even after our food was given to us the burger my husband got was the wrong one. Lastly, the drink machine was out of most of all of the selections and asking for a drink seemed to be a neusiance. Thankfully we were coming through because I would not frequent here after than experience. I will say that the store was very clean and apparently deceiving.

I am a local and we frequent this BK! I have never left a review but i just wanted to say I noticed these past two weeks, the service has been so great. There is a new, very cheerful woman at the speaker/window (maybe her name is Denise?) And today I heard the team inside telling each other good job, etc! We order on the app usually, and come on a weekly basis. It is very very rare that an order is incorrect or cold, etc.
