This place has excellent ribs!!! I really am not a big on ribs, but if I’m going to eat them it’ll be at this place! Great specials all week. Take home a jar of pickles! Love what they are doing here.

Will not order pick up again. Worst brisket ever, not seasoned, cut like country bacon; steamed, like jerky, total disappointment for a place with BBQ in their name. Cake and coleslaw both had musty moldy taste and cake was also dry and overcooked. Raw potatoes in potato salad, lightly sauced and lacked seasoning. Nothing edible for almost $50!

I couldn’t believe how bad this BBQ was given the reviews. They must all be fake or this place is under new ownership. Not only was there a hair in my wife’s chicken Caesar salad that we had to throw away, but the BBQ itself was dry as a bone and I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. I judge a BBQ joint based on its pulled pork, and it was disgusting. Never going back to this place.
And I am VERY forgiving when it comes to occasional mistakes… we ordered 4 entres and they were all trash.

Disgusting experience with their delivery service. Love the restaurant, great food but don’t order delivery. I don’t know if it’s Doordash or who they use but I watched two women driving around my neighborhood for 10 minutes eating my food before they pulled in my driveway. Food was cold and looked like it had been picked at. They literally had my food sitting on their lap when they pulled in. Seems simple enough to seal the bag to prevent this type of behavior. I’m not sure why Park Ave doesn’t take the time to seal it like other places.
Update: Doordash reimbursed me for the entire cost of the order. Hats off to Doordash for taking their customers’ concerns seriously.

Sorry guys… pulled pork was absolutely flavorless and dry. Slaw was fine, but your sauce was overpowering and doesn’t mix well with the profile as a sandwich. As a proper NC BBQ boy, it wasn’t hitting tonight. Maybe I should have gotten ribs. Beans were too heavily weighted with molasses, had a bitterness that needed Less straight molasses, more brown sugar to help the overall balance.
Service was great and super friendly. Restaurant was clean and vibing on a Monday night.

We think these are the Best Baby back ribs!!! Meat comes right off…and seasoned perfectly! Oh, and the cornbread, let’s just say, you will end up taking extra home! Very yummy!! The service has always been excellent. The staff (servers ) are very sweet, personable, extremely attentive and prompt with the service. Highly recommend. Check out their weekly-daily specials for ribs, wings, and even shrimp combos!
