The lobby was locked at 6:45 PM, so I had to use the drive thru. I finally got to the kiosk and was not greeted until about 3 minutes later when I initiated the transaction. The location did not seem to be busy. My order was correct, and quite good. I do not believe the lobby should have been closed so early.

Feels like this place is slowly closing down. For the last month or so, every exterior light is out from the parking lot to the menu light itself. Totally dark.
They’re always out of something. Food is fresh and hot, but they probably won’t have what you want. Or the size you want. Or any sauce. Or a straw. Or lids.
The people working the drive through and cooks are great, but this location is being really badly mismanaged and under-supplied.

My wife and I went for lunch, 11/09/25 we both got the baconator (sp) jr. the fries were hot, the burgers were cold, bread was not toasted and hard, had to ask for extra mayo due to the burgers were dry, it was the worse burger I ever had in a long time. For the price $28.00 for two meals I would not recommend it to anyone, I will never go back.

Waited at drive thru for 5minutes before someone said “give me a minute”. Proceeded to wait 5 more minutes mind you there is no one in line in front of me at 7pm on a Friday night. They are out of all the listed: no Dr Pepper, no cheese sauce, apparently no bacon bc my BACONATOR HAD NO BACON! My cheese and bacon baked potato had again no BACON. NOW I PAID EXTRA FOR THIS AND DODNT RECEIVE IT! It’s a sad statement but it seems to me almost every business in Abbeville is going to crap. I’m not sure what’s the deal if it’s the workers who just don’t care anymore or if corporations are not providing what they need but almost EVERY BUSINESS IN ABBEVILLE IS COMPLETE TRASH. ABBEVILLE NEEDS TO STEP IT UP WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS

Its hit or miss at this Wendy’s. Sometimes it’s really good and fresh and other times not so much. Employee’s can be ugly and rude, but I’ve noticed the morning crew is much more annoyed it seems. The morning manager guy seems to always be annoyed and acts like he does not want to be there. Tell em good morning and a good day and his response “whatever” Like wow ok dude!!! Dont like your job go elsewhere!! Everything in abbeville has gone to crap!!!

Waited 10 mins for sausage gravy biscuits a coffee and a sausage biscuit the reason for the wait was for my sausage gravy with was cold when I got home and opened it not to mention they forgot my sausage biscuit then I open my sausage biscuit and it is also cold and completely sautated woth butter not edible at all tastes horrible I’ve tried to give this wendys chance after chance but they just suck. Management is terrible and I will never give my money to this wendys again

About the same as any other fast food place in the area. Employees are not professional at all and don’t seem to want to work or strive to do their jobs correctly. I find they are the same as all the other fast food places in that the Employees are lazy, unclean, and have a serious lack of care for customers.

Food is usually great. They’re just to worried about the timer to get anything right on the first try. They always make you pull up (fine, they all do) and then hand people the wrong order. I see it all the time
Today after they had me pull up, I watched them hand the car behind me an order, customer opened up the bag, wrappers, checked it, handed it back through the window. They then brought me the food that had already been dug in. I asked for a refund. The older guy (I can only assume is the manager) that brought me the refund had nothing to say. If he’s the manager he shouldn’t be. That young guy they are making run the food out in the rain is the only one seems to care.
