How is it so difficult to remember that Buffalo sauce belongs on a Buffalo chicken pizza! 80% of the time they forget the Buffalo sauce and I have had to drive 10 mins back to the store repeatedly. I’d learned to stop trusting that they could ever make this right, but today my friend grabbed the order and we forgot to check, and once again got all the way home for it to just be a chicken cheese pizza….I order here a lot and I’m so tired of how many times they mess up such a simple pizza!

It showed that my order had begun prepping and will be ready in 37 to 47 minutes. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes at the store with no one acknowledging my presence. I asked about my order. I was told it would be another 45 minutes. This is the most poorly managed Dominos I have ever seen in the entire USA.

Well, I had the unfortunate responsibility of ordering our pizza on line. I thought I was doing a really Bang up job. Add the extra meat connector cheese. Well, it turns out that’s all I got on the Pizza was extra meat and extra cheese. There was no sauce to speak of no onions, no mushrooms. No peppers, nothing. I thought I was ordering a Pizza extravaganza. $30 for nothing.
Even worse, it was complicated using the application. And doesn’t allow you flexibility, so that you can get what you really want. When I got there to pick it up with 2 orders of chicken wings. I asked the guy, did you guys discontinue? The stuffed crossed Pizza. Is this not at all? I said, well, it wasn’t on the menu. He said, well, that was a problem. And they haven’t fixed it. Well, it turned out. That I had never pushed the right button. So my Pizza had never been ordered.
Number one he knew I wanted the stuff crust and you let me just go ahead and press inner and get the crust I didn’t want and if I got an order to build a pizza and it had nothing on it.But meat, I think I might ask the customer is that’s what you really wanted. Needless to say, I get home after spending $75 for a Pizza, chicken wings and to
2 l sodas, well, I think that I could have went out and had a very nice sit down dinner for much less. It certainly makes me consider if I will ever order Domino’s again. I assure you I won’t do it online. Thanks, Domino for the lousy experience.

We were here for one night at a local hotel and chose delivery. I called and spoke to Aaron who was very helpful. Pizza arrived on time and it was the best Dominos I’ve ever had. Loaded with toppings. Chicken could have been crispier but it was good as well. A good experience, thank you!!

Opted on a last minute meal on the way to Anchorage from Prudhoe Bay. Showed up at store and ordered a small meal for the wife and myself.
Store was clean, atmosphere of staff was good and everyone seemed to be enjoying the work being done. Manager took order and notified when food was ready to go. Surprisingly enjoyable experience.

Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza, sausage and mushrooms. This is the worst pizza I have ever seen. The cheese was even dried out! Are people too lazy to even cut the pie into 8 slices?? I’m serious this makes me not want to ever order from this store ever again. I called to ask for a remake or refund and they jumped on the refund. Something tells me they will screw that up too. I know I will never get the tip or delivery fee back and dam, I’ll pay someone to come get this disgusting pie out of my hotel room. I decided to take a bite just to see how bad. Worse than a baseball stadium slice..had to kill my beer to wash that single bit down. I guess I’ll call and get taco bell delivered instead…a case of the Hershey squirts would be better than this pizza.

Disappointing Service and Long Wait Time.
I ordered a small pizza and garlic bites from Domino’s (3451 College Rd), hoping for a quick meal. The advertised delivery time was between 8:25 and 8:45 PM, but after waiting nearly an hour, I still hadn’t heard anything. I called the store to check on the order, and the employee informed me it would be another 20 minutes, bringing the total wait time to over 90 minutes!
This is far from the level of service I expected. No updates were provided until I had to make the call myself. If there were delays, I would have appreciated at least a heads-up, or even an updated delivery window. Very frustrating experience.
I hope they can improve communication and reliability in the future.

I ordered delivery last night even though it took over 3 hours literally..lol im pretty patient so I dnt mind the food was delicious 2nd time I ordered and shocked on how good the food is delivered. Nice and hot sandwiches are crispy wow like def will be ordering here more often
