I ordered the chicken apple pecan salad and there was no blue cheese which is my favorite part and no pecans so disappointed also the burger was missing tomatoes which is not a big deal but the salad I would have ordered something else if I had known my favorite parts were missing and the salad was just a basic chicken salad. And I called the store no answer also no receipt was given so I couldn’t do the survey so ¯ /¯Google. The young man in the window was extremely polite which was shocking because it was like 12:30 am

These folks do what they want! I wouldn’t even take my dog to this Wendy. Whoever is management needs to reconsider! I see why it’s no lines. The service is trash, I walked in and nobody said nothing no acknowledgment, not a “I’ll be with you shortly…” NOTHING! . It was a worker on her phone complaining about the line they had earlier (which was a surprise to me because I rarely see anybody over there!) they had another worker swiping the floor. It wasn’t until moments after I said “hello” I got acknowledged by that time I was irritated and ready to leave. When I was leaving out a worker asked if I wanted to order something. I declined and went on about my way won’t ever be back.

Not the best Wendy’s by any means, but better than several in New Orleans. Same problems as every other store in the region: high prices and disinterested staff (not paid enough to care).
At least the ice cream machine was working.

The garlic Parmesan was not fresh. Was cool and look soggy the combination with the ranch either the blue cheese,which I always lov but not this time. French fries was fresh and hot . They don’t have the drink I want so got not remedy but cola which I Don prefere. The service was good and the atmosphere too but. That nugg was nasty wacky and blashhh no like it.

I mean, they were trying. They had me pull up past the window to wait for the two meals I ordered. I waited and waited and then they came out to see what I was waiting for. Then they started to make my kids meal and other meal. I waited 45 minutes total. I eventually had to go in to get my food. I would have just left but didn’t have time to make another stop before the event we were going to. They were really nice about it, not sure if it was a staffing issue or what. It was not a busy time. We don’t eat fast food often but when we do go back to Wendy’s it will be a different location.

I had to pull up and waited over 10 minutes for. Chicken wrap no lettuce when I got home it had lettuce. People either can’t read or don’t care either way it’s a shame

Avoid like the plague. Ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers. I received two regular cheeseburgers with only ketchup and pickles. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no bacon. Unsure why anyone would pay 6 bucks for two terrible heat lamp baked junior bacon cheeseburgers with no tomatoes, lettuce, or bacon.

Says they’re open until 1am on Friday but I showed up at 11:45pm after getting off work and the place was dark with no one to be found.
Don’t depend on this place to keep consistent hours.
