I don’t even know where to start with this one.
We placed our order, we were told it would be a minute on the nuggets. Totally fine. When someone else took the order by mistake because you didn’t have receipts and just called out what was in the order? Also fine. Mistakes get made.
But to then give the customer attitude when asked to remake the order because the order had been taken by someone else because of your mistake? And to then take your sweet time about remaking it after the customer already sat there waiting for it to be made rhe *first time*? All while fulfilling every order that came after? You guys have no business being open. Or maybe you need to look into your management. The only staff member who didn’t fail miserably at her job was the cashier.

Everytime I specify my order it is always wrong. I love taco bell but how hard is it to cook something right or get the right order it’s not just once this is the tenth time. Not once has my order been right to me thats wild

I don’t know who runs this Taco Bell but they should be really ashamed of themselves. I spent $30 on tacos and this is literally how they made all the tacos. It’s like probably like the worst, and then when I called to speak The coworker Mandy just laughed like I really don’t think it’s funny like I added sour cream and there’s like no cheese on it. Literally the worst place in town. You always wait. The food is always cold and terrible service. I just waited 15 minutes for my food while I was the only one there. One employee was dancing and acting like a gangster. They don’t have their stuff together.

UPDATED 7/1/24 7PM Things have only deteriorated further. Tried to give them another chance since last time. At the drive-thru, I was asked if I would like any sauces. I said, just the ones my order comes with (Cantina chicken burrito). Upon checking my bag no sauce. So I tap on the window and this lovely young lady flies off the handle at me. “What do you want”! “Slams the window closed and screams back to the kitchen “Can I have some damn sauce! This maniac is banging on the window because he doesn’t have any damn sauce, Jesus Christ! I think my gentle knock on the window disturbed her moment of zen. She went right back to leaning on the glass with her arms crossed after I got my sauce. It was a good show, I give her an A+ for drama. I am sorry you are unhappy with your job, miss. Perhaps if you did it better, it wouldn’t be so miserable.
I love Taco Bell, but not this one. It is poorly managed. The exterior is run-down, littered with garbage. My biggest gripe: The meals are skimpy as compared to other Taco Bell’s. My burrito is never full, it is nothing but tortilla shell. Taco’s are no different. There can be a wait during peak meal times.

Perhaps it’s just my horrible luck, but every time I think that ok, maybe THIS time… Nope. Taco Bell dishes have been made incorrectly nearly every time I’ve been in the the last few years, or order missing items. The chicken side is a nightmare. The latest time I went, they were parking cars after paying, presumably because they were out of food, and after fifteen minutes, someone came out to tell me that they should’ve told me before, but they had no chicken ready, and were just now putting in more and it’s gonna be another fifteen. Yes, this is a KFC place that, the last four times through, had no chicken. One time I was told they literally had none and wouldn’t for a while because they only had one person “who can make it” and they were on lunch.
I believe it was explained that it was to guarantee a fresh experience but no one has ever gone to a KFC expecting there to, in fact, be no chicken.
The recent redesign I had hoped might help, but no. And the interior is worse now, with very small tables and what feels like much less overall seating spaces.
Again, maybe it’s my luck is just that cursed at this particular location, but the last half dozen times I’ve decided to tempt fate, I’ve lost.

One person in front of me but it took Forever to get a person to take my order. Then it took awhile to get our food. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s expensive for what you get and the service is terrible

The past three times we have gone here, they were sold out of almost everything from both sides. So I don’t really see a reason to come back here. Why put so much money into renovating the store and then have no food to sell?

I went there to eat and the food is NEVER correct the walking where all the food is being gels is full of black mold and the are hading out food to people when the can’t have what they put in it I asked for steak and the keep putting beef in it putting me in the hospital after I told them ABSOLUTELY NO BEEF and they keep doing it watch your food VERY CAREFULLY
