I absolutely loved this place! The restaurant is spotless, one of the cleanest Thai spots I’ve been to, and the service is just as impressive. You truly eat with your eyes first, and every dish here proves it: beautifully presented, vibrant, and so flavorful that they taste even better than they look.
The owner herself took the time to check on us and offered thoughtful recommendations. She was incredibly kind, patient, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. You can really feel the pride she puts into the food and the experience. We enjoyed everything that we got, but our favorite was definitely the egg noodle with curry soup! Such a great cold weather dish!
Delicious dishes, amazing service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Can’t recommend it enough! Can’t wait to come back!

Delicious! This restaurant is such a fabulous addition to Cottonwood Heights. I loved the shorter, quality menu. It was full of great options for every dietary need. I had a panang curry with fried tofu and my hubs had the koi soi with chicken – both were incredible. One unique edition was the option for a less expensive, “small” portion which was perfect for me. The spice level was 0-5 and the medium carried an expected, excellent amount of heat.
Sometimes, ambience makes a difference. Hat’s off to the decorator as well as the chef! This restaurant was just phenomenal and we’ll definitely be back.

The best Thai food that I’ve had in Utah. The dishes were so tasty and aromatic. The fried spring rolls had such a delicate crunch that I’ve never found before and I could eat that every day. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also appreciated and you can tell the owners put a lot of thought and intention into the restaurant

Aroon is delicious. I got the Tom Kha soup—my first time trying and it was amazing. I recommend it if you love curry but want something a little lighter. We also got the fried rice and a yellow curry. Everyone was happy with their meal. I love that they use fresh vegetables—not raw and not overcooked. The restaurant is clean and so well designed. It’s also family friendly. The service was excellent—very kind and helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend. It’s a new go-to for our family.

What a wonderful new Thai restaurant in Fort Union. Everything we tried was delicious and authentic. The portions and prices were both better than expected. Make sure to try the Coconut Shrimp appetizer and the Pad Gra Prow! We’ll be coming back again soon.

This was our first time dining at Aroon, and it was an amazing experience!. We were greeted at the door with a big smile, which set the tone for our experience. The man who greeted us was our server, and throughout our time he was friendly, attentive, and cared about giving us an exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere was clean and decorated nicely. Our food was delicious (I highly recommend the Panang Curry). We will definitely be coming back!

We have been long time fans of the Murray location and we were absolutely thrilled to know that there is now a location closer to home! This is our absolute favorite Thai food place and it’s in our top 5 Utah restaurants. We’ve eaten quite a bit of Thai food outside of Utah and this one is our favorite of all. The food is delicious and our kids also devour everything we order. We have our favorite dishes but we’ve never had anything bad. And to top it all off the staff are all incredibly sweet and attentive. It feels like you are eating in someone’s home because of how hospitable they are. Part of me wants to keep this gem a secret, but how can I keep quiet about something so amazing?!
