Ordered a chicken finger sub to go. I was also charged for blue cheese on the side – good thing I looked in the bag before leaving – because they never even put it in there!! I would have walked out without it, had I not checked, Strike 1.
Next, when I got back I opened up my sandwich, and there was no mayo on the roll. It was completely dry, even though on the receipt and also when calling in my order on the phone, I had said I wanted mayo (she even repeated my order back to me before hanging up), Strike 2.
I couldn’t believe the disgusting brown lettuce they used and slimey tomatoes. They were old, slimy, and brown, Strike 3.
They did not put any onions which I requested, Strike 4.
To spend $15.50 for a chicken finger sub, plus another 1.00 for the tiny blue cheese and have so many mistakes – and it did not even taste good – is unacceptable quite frankly. I would never recommend anybody order the subs.

First time trying this place. The pizza was very good. Only thing I didn’t like was the clumps of oregano on some bites. Otherwise it was cooked perfectly. Great cheese sauce cup n char. Sauce semi sweet and delicious. Thank you for a delicious pizza

Great dining experience. The temperature was comfortable, lighting and music were perfect. Our waitress Alyssa was great. We had Beans & greens soup that was everything I thought it would be and a delicious pizza.

This place is an absolute rip off. $75 for 2 large pizzas. Absolute robbery. The pizza was mediocre, toppings I paid over $5 for (each topping) was extremely light and you could barely tell bacon was even added to the pizza. Disgusted. Literally could have gotten 2 sheet pizzas and wings from another place for that price. In total the 3 toppings I paid for per pizza costed as much as an entire large pizza.

Greabbed some pizza, fingers and fries to go. The pizza was above average and super tasty! Cup and char pepperoni, great cheese and thinner (which we prefer). The fingers were good, not great and the fries were crispy.
Friendly service. Nice restaurant space. We took ours to go, so can’t comment except that it was clean with ample space. There is an outdoor patio as well.
Will stop in another time to dine in!

Well, it took almost 3 years to get back to one of our favorite restaurants. And it certainly didn’t disappoint. I was glad to see the place was busy, and they didn’t appear to be short staffed. Garlic bread, brick oven pizza, pasta parmesan… Now I just need to take up running for 3 weeks to work off the calories. Love this place. The best thin crust pizza in Buffalo (area).

DO NOT get their subs or salads. They have started to use cheap meats. They also mess up every sub order missing things you paid extra for such as banana peppers and mayo.
Excellent take-out pizza and great sit down for casual stress free dining.
Love the staff here and their pizza and wings have improved over time to always be a winner.

This place was excellent. Got a menu in one of the mailers and that looked great. Decided to try it out and it was awesome. The brick oven pizzas were phenomenal in the wings we’re excellent too. Service was fantastic. Definitely will be going again. Very good food.

Would NOT recommend this place. Several months ago was impressed with the pizza then after two times the quality has gone downhill. No consistency at all. Its like they used to make the sicilian pizza with a thick crust. Now its super thin and uneven. The pizza size has been shrinking and the box size is the same. They are getting cheap with everything .See photo – this was ordered as a full pepperoni pizza! They only put it on half! When i got home and opened the box I was in shock. I called and spoke to the manager, and instead of being apologetic and offering a new pizza, he only offered a 10.00 credit off our next order! Are you kidding!?!? We paid $27 for this disaster! And have no plans to return after the way this was handled. Unfortunately, the place has gone downhill – like I said, there’s no consistency and you never know what to expect! At least now I will take my business to Mattina’s which is consistently good

I haven’t gone to Gianni Mazia’s in over a decade and going back I was pleasantly surprised. Everything we had ordered we really enjoyed. The chicken noodle soup was perfect with nice chunks of chickens and veggies, also it was perfectly salted. The cheese garlic bread and pizza was really good, they use a tasty mozzarella and a delicious sauce. The staff was friendly and the design of the restaurant made it feel really open. I will definitely be going back much sooner then last time.
