Terrible customer service here I called to let them know about their mistake and was told well if you want the correct order you need to place a new order since you filled for a refund . Which I was denied !

The new Titan Tacos is another level, spacious, excellent food and now with a bar, plus a large parking lot, definitely more than you can expect, I recommend it to everyone who likes good Mexican food.

The menu has a great selection and more than just the taqueria, they have an amazing carne asada plate with nopales, camerones a la diabla, Milanesa, and chicken al Chipotle. The tortas are pretty good and on special on Thursdays, I had the Adobada; the bread is perfect and so filling. Wonderful staff, better location than the college hill spot. Adding this to the rotation.

We were very disappointed to say the least. Honestly I don’t know where to begin…first off we ordered fajitas and they were not sizzling, let alone even hot! No beans and rice or sour cream. When I asked for sour cream it was so watered down you literally just poured it like milk. Then after eating 2 fajitas, I found a live bug in my food! When I told the waitress about it, she acted like it was no big deal and never even apologized. Actually acted rude towards us and then brought our bill to us at full menu price! Offered no discount! We looked up the bug in our phone and it was a pseudo scorpion which one gets from having unsanitary bathrooms and kitchens! Will NEVER eat here again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I do really enjoy coming to Tin Tans after an evening out with the girls because they have late hours, are within walking distance and have good food for a drunk person. I wouldn’t recommend Tin Tan’s for a date night or some bussin mexican food cuz yeah it’s mexican food but it don’t smack like the mexican food in yak town or tri town. For P town tho this place isn’t bad. But like I said would probably recommend as a late night munchie place.

Mediocre burrito, not even vaguely spicy despite its claims of being “some of the spiciest in the PNW.” I guess the PNW hasnt invented mayonnaise yet.
Guy who gave me my order looked at me like i just got done taking a piss on his couch and was incredulous that i wanted my food that was right next to him. Ive never seen a guy hate me so much with maybe 7 words exchanged total.
Never going back.

We were the only people there no other orders on the screens the girl was on her phone I don’t mind her being on her phone there slow have some fun. But I iterally just got home from there we ordered 4 things. Our tacos didn’t come with the shells… None of my sides I ordered and payed for were in there. I’m missing my sour cream and the quac that was supposed to be on top of my burrito and the extra I paid for on the side I didn’t get… Very disappointing
