Truth be told
The service was great because the manager was at the window and he was very polite, but whomever was working the back needs to be dealt with. I only had 10 cinnabon bites when i ordered 12. My potatoes in the bowl was dried out and pulley ( why not just say we had to fix fresh potatoes ) this is people who need to be fired. They make the restaurant look bad.

I had one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee working the drive-thru had a rude attitude and acted like taking my order was a problem.
The most ridiculous part was being told it would take 30 minutes to cook chicken at a fast food restaurant. That completely defeats the purpose of going to a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient. Instead of offering another option or trying to help, the employee just said it like it was normal and didn’t seem to care at all.
There was no apology, no effort to make the situation better, and the whole interaction felt very unprofessional. If you expect decent customer service or fast food that’s actually fast, this location is not it. Definitely one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back. ⭐

I like the food but the service from lady (African American, and what is shocking me more that is , I never received any service like that from African American ladies) (hateful lady) was awful, my order was for $50.13 and I had $100.13 , she told me that she has no change, on my question how come she? smacked the window and said she will call manager, I was shocked , why and what reason for? but thank God! Manager came and spoke really nice and sweet and on his question “what’s happened?” I had nothing to say cause I don’t know why she was so rude and why she called him.

Cherryville’s very nice new Taco Bell location opened June 16th 2021, with a friendly staff serving the awesome Taco Bell favorites. I ordered the Grande Nacho Box which was really good & their sweet tea was perfect. enjoyed.

Don’t open your does if you can’t serve in a decent amount of time. Waiting 30 mins in line. Went in the lady didn’t care just said order on kiosk. You’re the employee not the kiosk. Don’t open shut the doors.

Hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The food was disgusting cold, greasy, and tasted old. Half my order was wrong or missing, and what I did get was a soggy mess. It looked like it was thrown in the bag without a second thought. The staff looked completely unprofessional uniforms were a joke, and no one seemed to care. Worst of all, they were openly using foul language behind the counter with customers around. It was dirty, disorganized, and just plain nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

Stopped to get a late dinner we got a Mexican pizza , cheesy Gordita crunch and a chalupa supreme. When I say it sucked omgosh. There was no meat hardly on the Gordita and chalupa. It’s been a while since we stopped but man now I remember why we stopped going.

Got quite a few items and either they were wrong or they were very small portions. Bought a chicken bowl which wasn’t even half filled bought a supreme taco that had only meet on it. Bought nacho fries that were not even half full and when I went around to ask why so little I heard a lady in the back yell he’s not getting anymore he didn’t buy a large absolutely terrible won’t be back
