First of all, they don’t ever answer their phone so what I did was call as I’m walking in and as I was walking in, I hear the phone ringing with no customers in there and they’re just ignoring the phone. This place should not be making Hawaiian food. It’s basically false advertisement! I’ve added some pictures to show you what I ordered versus what I received and I told the lady this is not what I ordered and she was defensive and said it is what you ordered and I point out the picture on the menu and she said yeah it’s the same! So she went back and forth with me for my refund! Worst experience ever, worst vibe ever!

We ordered bowls and they were soo good, perfect rice to meat ratio with some veggies ! The cashier was also really nice, I was surprised to see so many negative reviews? the service was good, very quick, and the food was delicious couldn’t have asked for more

What we got vs how big it should have been.
We order from L&L in Buffalo usually but we have since moved to a new area so we ordered from this one and it was definitely smaller then regular the portion sizes were less then usual and on top of that the chicken was cooked in old grease we threw it all away. I still have a bad taste in my mouth I don’t even want to give them one start

It’s been years since I’ve been to this L&L and was excited to get my food because it’s always delicious. I was so disappointed!! My Kailu Pork was dry and very salty. It was over cooked or had been sitting all day. The Mac Salad was awful. After a few bites of the pork and Mac salad, I threw it ALL away. Not at all what it used to be!! So sad!

I placed an order in there app after 3pm for pickup at 3:26. They took this location is closed until Saturday with no way too refund my money. Wasted my lunch driving over to pickup food that wasn’t there then having to find something else and pay again.

I came here two days ago to get the BBQ mix plate it was so good I brought my fiance today to get us a plate. When came to pay I noticed it said 44.56 when I tried to tap and pay I then asked politely why it said 44.56 when one plat come out to 18 and change he became argumentive and stated it didn’t say that then it changed to 33.86 which was fine. However he was all frowned up and rude when all I was expressing was at first the amount was different. He would not change his attitude. So I cancelled my order and walked out. he stated, ” oh well” as if he didn’t care. I will never return unless the woman is at the counter. She is more polite. I don’t mind paying for food but all he had to do was keep a kind attitude. Get rid of him at that counter he does not have great customer service at all. I will only come spend money with the woman. Overall they do have great food. But I refuse to give my money with his attitude. He will lose the company money and that’s not good. Maybe he was having a bad day but still leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work.

My food sat on a shelf for 18 minutes while I waited because the dude working the front wouldn’t hand it to me. He told me my order wasn’t ready and made me wait almost 20 minutes even though it was sitting out on the counter the whole time. Food is cold abd gross, dude has a terrible attitude, bring back the older lady, she at least cares.

I love L and L usually, they always give good portions, but when my daughter and I went yesterday we spent 52.00 on three meals, but it was sad really for the price they hid extra rice under the macaroni salad, and they was one piece of barbecue ribs in each container, and they wouldn’t even bee considered a whole piece. This was by far the saddest plate, and when she gave us sauce 2 of the 4 were less than half
