I live in Florida, but my sister lives in Harrisburg, and I wanted to surprise her with lunch for her birthday. Ordering through the app was incredibly easy, and the convenient delivery option was the best part. Not having to go through a third-party service and deal with all the extra fees was such a relief. I even asked if they could wish her a happy birthday for me, Angie our delivery driver happily obliged!
The whole experience was seamless and made her day extra special.

Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A, I leave impressed. The staff is always so friendly, my order is always right, and the food comes out quickly and fresh. You can tell the manager (Jayda) really cares because the whole team works together so well and treats people with kindness. It makes a big difference when you feel genuinely welcomed, and this location nails it every time. Thank you for making each visit such a great experience!

I’ve been to this location three separate times over the past couple of months, and I’ve been disappointed after each time but this last time is the final straw. I will not be coming back to this location again. I went yesterday march 2nd around 8:30 p.m and there was something wrong with all the items I purchased I got a deluxe chicken sandwiches, a chicken sandwich with bacon, and a large mac and cheese. The buns to both sandwiches were stale and cold, the chicken was dry, and the bacon was missing from the one, but that wasn’t even the worst part it was the mac and cheese it looked horrid, and it was so dry and overcooked. Then they didn’t even give a full serving at that point don’t even sell that to anyone just tell them that your sold out. I wish I took a picture just to show how bad it looked do not waste your time with this location just go to the one university executive park

We were on the highway stopped at this chick fil a for dinner, expecting to sit inside. But forced to sit outside. Who creates a Chick-fil-A where your only option is the drive thru or sitting at a picnic table in the parking lot. This was a very unfavorable experience!

Probably the newest location I’ve been to around Charlotte. This has got to be the slowest moving bunch of people, and it’s a tight spot to navigate. I highly recommend visiting this location in the day hours and learn the traffic flow, before visiting at night. Easy to find, but I wasn’t impressed at all with the overall experience. Larger vehicles use caution.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location and have never had any issues until today. I ordered a Southwest salad, and as I was finishing it, I noticed what I thought was a black bean—only to realize it was a dead fly.
This is completely unacceptable, especially considering I had already consumed most of the salad. I’ve also noticed a decline in freshness in recent visits, which is concerning.

Extremely disappointed and angry.
A cup from Chick-fil-A shattered in my hand during normal use. As a result, multiple personal items were damaged, including my phone and rare, irreplaceable children’s books that cannot be purchased in this country. This was not misuse — it was a clear product failure.
What’s completely unacceptable is the response afterward. The insurance company replied that Chick-fil-A “does not take responsibility for their materials.” That was it. No support, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation, despite the serious damage caused.
For a company of this size, this level of indifference is shocking. I was left with losses and excuses. This experience seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
Do better.

This Chick-fil-A is between me and the freeway. This is a cruel and unusual placement, and results in me stopping by a few times a week on the way to work.
The staff is exceedingly kind and responsive and delivers my food quickly. That said, the general manager of this location has made a very poor choice in hiring someone named Xavier. This guy knows your name, says hi and makes you feel welcome, and it’s clearly gunning for the general manager’s job.
Get this guy his own store ASAP.
