I give only 4 stars because there were no condiments, utensils, napkins, etc for the customers to get themselves. You have to ask for everything. I also gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it was so cold in there for a cold windy day.
Other than that – I got a smoothie and we also got some food. The young man who was working the register this afternoon 3/7 with hat, glasses and purple shirt was awesome. Wish I got his name. I can’t remember the last time I was treated with that much respect at a fast food place.

All the employees working tonight were top notch! All items were fresh and hot! I even got a cup of water while my food was made. They made me feel so welcome, and took great care of my needs!

Passing thru on a trip and stopped in for a late breakfast. Delicious egg & bacon burrito and egg & tater burrito. Very pleasant, helpful workers! I asked about coffee shops and the girl working the front made genuine effort to get info for me.

Thank you for NOT including the requested salad dressing for my salad and also no hot sauce………discovered this after walking all the way back to my hotel. The cooks were immature young men (not necessarily a bad thing) but they need to pay attention to the job at hand, and have fun when not fulfilling an order.

I normally don’t review Taco Time restaurants because they are pretty much all the same. Most are a little run-down but well worth the experience. I wanted to leave a review for this Taco Time because it was the best one I’ve ever been in. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food came out Fast and Fresh! If you’re ever in Rock Springs and you’re craving some Taco Time crisp bean burritos make sure and stop here!

After traveling for hours, I decided to stop at Taco Time for a late lunch 2:30pm. I walked in and noticed that an employee was mopping the restaurant with a mildewed smelly mop which was already kind of a turn off and she hadn’t gotten to the area where the register was. So I walked up to order and as I was placing my order with the cashier (Felicia), the employee mopping the floor asked me to move over to where she had just mopped. Normally you wouldn’t be expected to be told to stand on the wet mopped floor and so I said I would prefer to stand on the dry ground so I don’t slip and she started to get really cantankerous with me and the cashier then told her to back off and to mop around me which she did. Therefore, as soon as I walked over to the beverages I was then walking on wet floor. The cashier was very apologetic but the whole experience was ruined because of that. The food came out very quickly and tasted delicious! I got two crispy burritos and a drink. Only got one dipping sauce which you’d expect 2 when buying 2 burritos, but no big deal, my meal came to $11.69. Another odd thing was that the lids and straws are up by the register, instead of over by the beverages. Order #51384
