I haven’t been here in many years because I used to stop and get the most amazing biscuits for my grandson’s after school. They are now 21 years old. But I decided I was hungry before I stopped in at my daughters and it was gross. It took 15 minutes to get the order out I ordered eight pieces of chicken it had six rolls and some fried okra, the mashed potatoes were like instant and it was the runniest cream gravy? I’ve had in my whole life! It tasted like water. $37 For three people. Never again!

Absolutely awful. The fried pickles weren’t even fried just soggy, heavily seasoned, and way too salty. They looked like they came straight from a jar and got dumped in some seasoning as a lazy cover up. I didn’t even realize how bad they were until I had already left.
The service? Rude and completely unbothered. No greeting, no effort just tossed the bag at me like they couldn’t care less.
Even the sweet tea was off flat and weird tasting. Total waste of money. Do better, Santa Fe location.

I read some of the other reviews before leaving mine today. I believe many of the negative comments are unwarranted. This is my second visit to this establishment and I must say that I have been both impressed and happily surprised. The thing that surprised me the most was the professionalism and extraordinary care I received from Nicole the manager. I had an issue with my order that she could have easily dismissed as a customer being too picky. Instead, she went above and beyond to make things right. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I can’t ever remember a time when I was treated so well at a fast food establishment. Thank you very much Nicole. You are a diamond in the rough. We will definitely be back!

12/29/25 I order from this place through a delivery service. The following night I had a terrible stomach ache. Was up and down all night and finally the pain was unbearable and I went to the ER. The doctor said I had food poisoning. This is the only thing I’ve eaten in 3 days. I would be cautious about eating here. I will never dine here again.

Used to love coming to this place. Location is decently close to the house. Chicken has always been fresh. However, more recently, the value is just not there. I came in tonight and got a 7 piece tender meal. Was shocked at the price. 15.99 + tax for 1 meal. That’s insane, but oh well. I get my plate, and when I tell you that 4 of the 7 pieces of chicken were barely bigger than a chick fil a nugget, it’s the truth. I was so tired that I didn’t even feel like arguing with the young adults back there. So to say I won’t be back here. Is an understatement. I can go to Texas Roadhouse and get a chicken tender meal there with 2 sides and unlimited bread for 3 dollars less than this ridiculous place.

Went to go grab food and the kitchen guys are outside fighting in the grass, one of them recording in PLAIN sight, with the girl just standing outside of the door watching them and laughing? They did not care that I was there in the drive thru either at all I clearly had my lights pointed right at them. Like maybe go inside, do your job, close, clock out then go fight each other. They are lucky no one called the cops on them.

This place has really gone downhill. Today was the last time I’ll go. Spent $20 on a box of cold food that had obviously been sitting out for hours. Tenders were cold and tough (stale) from sitting around for quite awhile. Sides were cold as well. While waiting at the window I could hear the kids who work there yelling at each other. This place is a hot mess now. Head down the road to Whataburger.

Update 6/22/25: although the service was great, the chicken was not. We come here alot and this was the worst experience. All the chicken we received was yesterday’s refried. Horrible!! So disappointed bc we are never let down. But today was a BIG let down
