I have never had a bad meal here! I stopped in today and found out that the Hideaway is under new ownership. Everyone, including Vinnie the new HNIC, was very friendly and welcoming. I had the Breakfast Bowl and it was awesome! Biscuits and gravy with hash browns and two eggs! Thank you all for a truly great experience. I will be back soon for sure!

I go there when I’m passing through to Rapid City every now and then, the one waitress was amazing, the restaurant was absolutely packed with people and she was still attentive as could be to everyone! She even went above and beyond and paid for my meal! I ordered an omelette.. absolutely delicious, my compliments to the chef! I’m not sure what the waitresses name was fully, but I do recall us talking about her kids! She was very upbeat and vibrant as well, welcoming anyone and everyone! I recommend this place!!

Our crew comes to Sturgis Rally every year. This is the best meal we’ve had in the last few years! Great little hideaway just as the name implies.

If I could give the business 0 stars, I absolutely would. The owners of this establishment are awful people. They have absolutely ZERO respect for anyone but themselves. They deserve to be shut down. Don’t give them any business. Support the local businesses that care about their local people and anyone else!!! They lost all of their amazing staff that tried to keep the place going!! 0/10 recommend.

Horrible must be an out of stater that bought this place… prices are too high and biscuits and gravy … gross hard biscuits and over peppered / sage flavor gravy very disappointed they use to have great food not anymore wont be coming back…

Clean, nice, and VERY quick service. Food was good as well. Great prices. Crispy chicken salad hit the spot. Hot beef was my dad’s choice and was fabulous.

If I could give them no stars i would. There were 4 of us, 2 ordered French dip two ordered special reuben sandwich. All four meals were just awful. We couldn’t cut the meat with butter knife had to ask for steak knife and still couldn’t cut the meat. Needless to say we couldn’t chew the sandwich. When we told waitress who was on her phone most of the time she actually told the cook who responded very rudely and offered nothing other than rude comments. Very disappointed and totally wasted $60. We will never return to this place and we live in Spearfish. I give this restaurant ZERO STARS.

Decided to take a chance and stop in on a whim a few days ago for my first time during the Sturgis rally, the first time I came in I got the steak tips which were amazing and full of flavor! My waitress, Aspen, was amazing and checked on me frequently, coming alone I was a bit nervous but she gave me some spots to check out while I am here and made me feel right at home. Came in again last night with a friend and got the same waitress. This time around I got a burger that was even better than those tips, juicy and the cheese was melted just right. The food, and the place is clean. I will definitely be dropping by again when I come down next year!

We were here during the rally so this might not be the best review. They had about 6 options on the menu. No pancakes or waffles and out of french toast sticks (that were on the menu). They did have a $20 breakfast buffet. Bar drinks were available, bloody Mary’s and screwdrivers. The sausage and gravy was not good. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was great though.
