Massey’s really is the perfect pizza. Columbus style crust and cut at its finest. 155 (!) pepperoni slices on the large. That is a whole lotta meat. Friendly. Good. Will do again.

The subs are amazing, fresh tomatoes, fresh lettuce, fresh onions. The meats were on point. We also ordered a deep dish pizza. I cannot tell you how great it was. The crust was amazing, and they did the toppings just right. Best deep dish pizza in Westerville by far.

Super fast delivery, they said an hour, 30 minutes the doorbell rang. Crust was excellent! Piles of onions and very little meat. Despite the uneven toppings the pizza was still pretty good, back to excellent crust. Would try again, hoping meat covers and veggies even. Will not do delivery again since they charge delivery fee. I tip ten bucks for pizza, five of they charge me a fee. Driver gets screwedand company makes extra for what? They don’t have to clean a table, all kinds of lost expense but they surcharge? If they want more money they should charge more for the pie, not screw with delivery charge. Such bs

Absolutely love this place. Its my favorite around. This last time the food wasn’t as good as normal. The pepperoni pizza was dripping in grease and breadsticks were soggy when I got home. This was a one off though. Normally the pizza is on point. The staff are always friendly. The buffet is great as well.

I saw the add for the chicken carbonara pizza and was calling before they opened today to order one.
First off – this is so delicious. The crust is the best pan pizza crust I have had in town. It is the buttery goodness that finishes it off. The pizza is the perfect balance of deliciousness. The bacon and chicken compliment the Alfredo sauce – their special blend of cheese is so good, those peas are critical to the pizza ecosystem of enjoyment!!
Our pickup time was 11:20 on a Wednesday- not sure of busy and all the best of good.

I’ve been becoming a loyal customer of this restaurant since last year and have always been satisfied—until yesterday. I received an order of wings that were shockingly small, barely the size of my child’s thumbs, and completely inedible. When I called, a staff member acknowledged the issue and suggested I speak with the manager today about a possible credit.
However, when I spoke with the manager, he was beyond rude. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he tried to justify the wings’ size and poor quality. I’ve always ordered my wings well done, and that has never made them shrink or become inedible. These wings should have never been sent out in the first place.
To make matters worse, he essentially yelled at me and dismissed my history as a customer, insisting I had only ordered twice—even though I’ve ordered multiple times just in the past few weeks. Whether he was having a bad day or this is his usual demeanor, his behavior was completely unprofessional. A manager should handle concerns with respect, not hostility. I hope the restaurant reconsiders who they put in charge of customer service.
I spent 10.99 for wings that were half the size of a McDonalds chicken nuggets. This was the food that I ordered for dinner which means I had to figure out another solution due to part of the meal not being edible. The price point is fine for normal size wings or even boneless but to have to argue as if I should just be glad with the quality of food I received was beyond me. Food that had to be thrown away!! My pizza didn’t even have the white sauce on it but I didn’t even bring that up because it was still good.

Great value. Tried a couple new pizza flavors and was very impressed with the BLT Signature Pizza. I’d have to say it’s better than any other that I’ve tried. Of course, everything at Massey’s is pretty much that way

We had the chicken bacon barbecue pizza… And the taco fiesta pizza… The taco fiesta pizza is the best taco pizza I’ve ever had in my life and I was skeptical with the banana peppers but it actually set the whole thing off! I most definitely recommend stopping in here maybe after swimming at the local pool… Really neat building curious if it was an old movie theater…

1st let me inform you.. I’m a born and raised Buckeye that bleeds scarlet and grey. I have lived in Florida for the last 5 year’s and brag about Massey’s pizza to everyone. Well, I had come in Sun at 5:30pm. Spoke with the girl at the register who was very nice and polite. Explained to her that, I just drove all the way from Florida and choose your store to share the Cadillac of pizza with someone else who has never had it. Go get drinks and have a seat. Now, I know I’ve been in Florida for some time and not use to the weather as much anymore, but sitting in a restaurant in 68° is not good. Also, the floors and booth seats had napkins and crumbs all in them. Before getting my food, my friend went to the front and asked for the heat to be turned up. The manager (unknown) said it was broke. When asked who the franchise owner was, he replied Greg; at which point he said he would turn the heat up. I thought it was broke? Five minutes later we got our pizza. It was very greasy and burnt edges. I am very, very displeased in this location as I had to ensure my friend this is not normal for Massey’s at all. The Whitehall location has never had a dirty, walk-in cooler type environment, poorly made, greasy food. Now, I go back to Florida with a bad taste in my mouth about Massey’s pizza.
