Food:
I ordered a pho, and it was excellent! The broth was tasty, fresh, and full of depth, with just the right balance of flavor. The noodles were soft and the beef was tender—comforting and satisfying from start to finish.

Service:
The staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Service was quick, and they made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal.

️ Environment:
The restaurant is cozy and casual, a great spot to enjoy a warm bowl of pho. The only minor downside is that the washroom could be cleaner, but overall, it’s a pleasant place to dine. ✨

A great find for delicious and authentic pho in the downtown area, and clearly a favorite with the locals. For first-timers, be aware that it’s a self-service model: you find your own table and order directly from an online link. While this makes the experience efficient, it does mean traditional table service is lacking. However, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. The pho was fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and served quickly. Recommended if you’re prioritizing excellent food over a full-service experience.

My favorite place to grab a hot bowl of pho in Seattle! I’m so happy that they have stuck to their reasonable prices. The pho is absolutely beautiful and it tastes as good as it looks.

LWe sometimes go to this Vietnamese restaurant near where we live for dinner. It’s convenient, and my usual pho is always good. Ordering is easy—you just scan a QR code. It gets crowded on weekends. I heard there’s a bar upstairs, but I’ve never been.

Rich broth, tasty meats, fresh clean veggies. Best option if you’re in downtown/SLU and want some pho. Speakeasy bar upstairs is a fun vibe too.

Faves: fatty brisket pho, pho dac biet.

Delicious pho in the heart of downtown Seattle / SLU. Ingredients are fresh and tastes great. Service is ok. Your food comes out very fast in due to the nature of pho being precooked. Upstairs is the speakeasy, PST. Highly recommended!

Regular pho great, this Bahn mi good. But this vegetarian pho is one of the most impressive vegan accomplishments I’ve ever tasted. It’s so deep and savory that I would honestly consider ordering this and then adding meat to it as a non-vegetarian. It’s that good!

This is THE best bánh mì in the entire city. Eat it fresh at the restaurant for the best experience. For those saying the service isn’t the best, there’s literally NO service. You look to see if there’s an open table and sit. There’s no host if it’s not busy. Then you order via QR code and they bring you your food. That’s it. What service are you expecting from that? Disregard every review you see about service and focus on the food, which is great!! The pho is pretty good, but their sandwiches are the BEST. I will come here as long as they exist as a business.

Pork sausage banh mi is fall off your chair delicious. The jalapeño caught me by surprise and I’m a bit of a spice wimp, but it was still really good. I enjoy the simple things in life such as them providing a water pitcher at the table.

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. It was fairly busy when we got there but they were still able to accommodate our party of 12. Service was fast and friendly. Food came out for all of us between 5 to 10 minutes after ordering. Broth was good, plenty of noodles and meat in my pho dac biet. Parking super close is a challenge as anything else downtown, you might get lucky with street parking out front but there are many garages around.
