I ordered a Tavern style Pizza online with two sets of 8 piece boneless wings. The only happily edible part of the order was the 8 piece Honey BBQ wings. The pizza was dry, I think not enough sauce, but I planned to sprinkle some parmesan I had at home on top and dip in ranch to try to salvage it. However, the Garlic Parmesan chicken was soaking in oil, and that is not an exaggeration. When dipped, 2/3 of my pinky was in oil. I tasted the oil, it didn’t taste like the parmesan seasoning; it was straight oil. So, either way, the most likely issue was that the chicken went straight from the fryer into the bowl, and then they just tossed the seasoning on top, but since the chicken was still piping hot all of the seasoning slid right off, and the oil from the parmesan also separated making the disgusting bath you see in the attached photo.
I called in for a refund initially for just the wings since the pizza was somewhat salvageable, and I was transferred to a manager. I ask if he was told what the issue was, he goes “Yeah, a little bit.” I’m like, “Well, I can elaborate.” so I start clarifying because, if I were someone that handles escalations, I’d like to know WHAT the issue was. Halfway through, he’s like, “…Do you just want a replacement for the wings?” I go, “No, I’d like a refund, sir.” He goes, “Okay, hold on.” Places me on hold, comes back and goes, “Do you want, like, a credit?”, and I go, “No, just the refund, please.”. He places me on hold, then comes back and goes, “Did you have any other complaints about the order?” And I go, verbatim, “Well, the pizza also wasn’t that good but I can cut-” and I was GOING to finish that with, “But I can cut my losses with that (meaning that I didn’t care about the refund). He goes, “WELL, you didn’t COMPLAIN about the pizza EARLIER?” I’m like, “..You just asked me right now if I had anything else wrong with the order, and I’m telling you.” And he’s like, “Yeah, but you didn’t mention that when you called.” I go, “Well, I’m mentioning it now because you asked.” I explain that my primary issue was the wings, but figured I’d bring the pizza up since HE just asked.
But now for his attitude and unneeded defensiveness, he can give me the refund for the pizza as well. At the end, I did receive a refund for the pizza and one set of wings.
Between the food quality, the “manager escalation” quality and lack of de-escalation or even just care for WHY I was calling in about the food, and the 3.8 review on Google that I’m now seeing I won’t be purchasing here any longer. I’m not saying you need to treat me like a God on the phone, but maybe don’t act like you’re too busy to listen to a valid complaint about how the food wasn’t made properly AND your staff can’t count since they gave me two extra wings. Half of the call was spent on hold, while the other part was a mix of him sighing in my ear and sounding annoyed that he even had to deal with me in the first place.

This Pizza Hut in Casa Grande, AZ is the most inconsistent in pizza. Ordered the same thing 3 times over the past month and each time it’s so different. Very disappointing this time my pizza looks like they dropped it-toppings all slid off half. Workers always look annoyed that you ordered and no one smiles. Pretty depressing.

My husband and I saw a commercial on TV about the Cheesy Bites Pizza and Ranch Flight. It looked very yummy. So we decided to try it today for lunch. And we were not disappointed. The pizza was served fresh and hot. The crust was just right, soft and yummy. Also, our server was very sweet and helpful. Go check it out!

I will never order here again. The pizza was dry and cut wrong. I am amused how when I ordered the pizza online, it asked me for a tip and didn’t add one ( because I am driving myself to pick up my own pizza, not delivery). And I paid online. So when I went to pick up my order, they gave me a receipt to sign, with the tip recommendation on it. Now I do tip. But not when I pick up my order. A tip for what, doing your job. There was no above and beyond service given me, no cleaning up my eating area, no drink refills, nada. Then my pizza experience was ruined anyways because it was too dry to eat. I wasted my money. I will eat Little Ceasars before I ever go back to Pizza Hut.

I just want to say I always have a great experience coming to this Pizza Hut! Service is excellent and fast. If for any reason, something goes wrong, they always make it right! My kids love this place and so does my boyfriend. Prices And quantity out to beat every other pizza place in town.

Well, as much as my mother loves your pizzas, I won’t be buying from you again. This place is never on time. They tell you it will be ready at a certain time and it is consistently between 35 minutes and 1 hour later before they finally get it done and to you. I don’t like cold pizza and there are plenty of other pizzerias in town. This is the third time that you can’t seem to get your act together and actually get the pizza done when you say it will be ready.

This place does not rush at the front register ignore gig drivers if they are white and male. The pizzas just sit on counters away from heat at the 15 minutes I was there until I walked out and went elsewhere. People came that were Hispanic and got served as quick as possible . Three people and a car in drive thru for service but not me. I just stood a waited watching them. My Barows pizza was better even got a salad and great wings. This restaurant should think of closing it location from the 3.8 overall review.

We have been going here for years getting very similar orders every time so we know what is normal. Tonight was anything but normal. The service was awful to say the least, but after waiting 15mins for a pizza that was sitting there the entire time, I got told that I was lying by a manager and it was “just out of the oven”. When I arrived at home it was luke warm and the stuffed crust that always has a crispy nice exterior to the soft warm cheese on the inside, was soggy and had marinara oozing out. The entire thing was underdone and created a very soggy gross mess. The breadsticks had no seasoning. So incredibly disappointing, but not surprising, when you have a staff and management that could care less about the quality of food or service, but more if they will get out on time.
