I ordered inside they completely forgot my order even though I was standing there waiting it took about 30 minutes and was made wrong and undercooked. Except for the egg which was overcooked. I typically preferred Jack in the box but I had a better experience across the street! At the McDonald’s for breakfast.

They forgot my veggies on my burger. I called to let them know and just kept asking about it then talking to their coworker. They asked if I want to come back to get a new burger when it’s already midnight. That’s a no. Just do it right the first time. They kept talking to each other and they were no help. They also took about 5 minutes before they even got to us at the drive through. Step it up night crew

Forgot our combo fry and we didn’t notice until we got home. Sucks. But what sucked the most is we asked if they do pup cups (small cup of whip cream for dogs) and the employee just straight up DENIED us. Unforgivable. So we ended up making our own pup cup from our strawberry shakes for our sweet boy.
Will most likely just be sticking to DQ down the road since they always give our boy a pup cup, served with joy from their hearts. Service done right

I wish I could do zero stars. We paid $8.99 for a 6 piece wings and when we went home there is one missing wings for the honey garlic siracha order and the wings are very tiny. The Parmesan 6 piece was fine and right sizes. Never been order a really tiny winglets. 6 pieces end up only like 4 pieces total with how small the sizes are. Please do better with your portion next time. I’m discourage to even come back. We always order a lot here. First time getting a crappy wings.

Horrible place to get food. I was the only one in the lobby and it took over 20min just to get my food. Staff was rude and didn’t even acknowledge me when I wanted to place my order. Food was not pleasant. There are many other restaurants around go there first!

Don’t waste your time ordering here on the weekends! Understaffed, and plays games like making you pull around and not give you your receipt unless you walk-in and ask – a common practice for stores that constantly cannot get orders correct and don’t want to refund. Love that for your customers when you are also making them wait in excess of 20 minutes…

Came in today on my brake the cashier saw me come in and stand to order.Obviously I wasn’t able to order on the kiosks due to me paying cash she would try to not make eye contact with me several time and would ignore me as I was right there waiting for her to take my order five minutes later she tells me to order on the kiosk i then tell her i’m paying cash and ignores me for another three more minutes cashier name on the receipt was Giselle when she takes my order, she is now being a little rude in a way where me ordering is bothering her and she’s making bothered faces . Then, I asked her for ketchup and ranch as I get my order and again very bothered i did not like this experience at all ….

I went there on 10/11/25 at 4:45pm and ordered the $5.49 bonus jack combo, Luisa s charged me $6.79 and then tried to take another $5.00 on top of that. I had to grab it out of her hand and she just laughed. She is not to be trusted. She refused to give my money back, total cost $7.51 with tax. She should be fired immediately.

It’s always a hit or a miss (with food & service) with Jack in the Box. But this location is one of the best I’ve ever been. I come every Friday morning with my client and the manager who is ALWAYS there on Friday mornings, she is amazing and 150% deserves a nice raise. She is so kind but also quick and her memory is great, I see her taking orders without her computer all the time and she runs back and types it all in – she’s really great at what she does and you can tell she cares about this store, her customers and how it looks. Not to mention the bathrooms, floors and tables are ALWAYS clean and it even smells clean. I highly recommend this location. The only thing I’ve ever ran into an issue here was when the soda machine was out of a soda flavor my client wanted, but she fixed it right away and filled it up with the drive thru soda machine. Which wasn’t an inconvenience at all to me. Keep up the good work guys, I wish every Jack in the Box location was up to this standard.
