Once you eat the food here it’ll be fairly hard to eat anywhere else, the service is A1 the food is in the same tier. very versatile menu anyone can eat here they have clean seating areas and cleaner food prepping stations you won’t leave sick enjoy. The food is good for what it’s worth, but the service is terrible. I normally let it go due to the culture barrier, but they had a younger girl working the window that spoke perfect English, and you can tell that she was raised in the United States. When I say rude, she was downright nasty with the way that she “greeted” me. I pull up to the window, and she doesn’t even properly greet me. Instead, she tells me the cost, and snatched my card. Thereafter, she gives my card back, and very rudely says, “Go to 3!” She said this as if I inconvenienced her by doing business with their restaurant. I paused before pulling off, and we just stared at each other, before I told her how rude her tone, and just entire way of greeting me was. She didn’t care. She closed the window in my face. Apart of me wanted to get out of character, but I remembered that these people are handling my food. I won’t be back to this restaurant because of the horrible customer service. I absolutely hate bad customer service with a passion. I’ll pay extra for good customer service any day. Seeing that this place lacks good customer service, I’ll be sure to spend my hard earned money elsewhere; and let all of my friends and family know to do the same.
