I stop at this location fairly often and it is very hit-or-miss when they make my drink correctly.
I don’t order anything fancy, just a peach green tea, and half the time they serve me a cup of ice water with a tint of green tea and very little peach, if any.
Kind of disappointing to pay $6 for that.

Never going to this Starbucks again. Placed a mobile order and then I arrived 5 minutes later. Waited an additional 20 minutes and my drink still wasn’t ready. I walked out empty handed because I have a job to get to. It was so chaotic and all the high school students were getting their drinks before everyone else. One employee asked what the name was for my order and I told him and then I still didn’t get it. It really sucks to spend almost $10 on a drink and then I don’t even get to have it because they can’t keep track of which mobile order came first.

The last 6 drinks I have gotten here have been $$8-$9 a pc. And have tasted like dirty toilet water this location use to be so good idk if it’s a bunch of new people but the drinks are never good and never what they should be and it’s a lot of money to get a drink here. I will not be going to this location again.

We used to love this place before it was remodeled. We used to bring our kids, play board games, buy drinks/snacks and hang out. Now there is no public bathroom, no place to sit, AND THE MUSIC IS SCREAMING LOUD. It seems like they should just close the lobby because it seems like they only want drive through customers. EDIT: I dropped my review down from two stars to one star based on the noncommittal response from Starbucks.

5 stars for the accuracy, taste, and speed of making the drink. 1 star for the lack of tables, chairs, and public restroom. This is not a drive-through only location, so where’s the seating?? Next time I’ll get my coffee at a place that’s more customer-friendly.
