I really love Firehouse subs, they’re so tasty and the medium combo is perfect for me. However, I had a bad experience where I ordered a chicken salad and when it arrived at my hotel it didn’t have any chicken, seriously??? A chicken salad without chicken? So, I understand they might be busy, but there were about six people working in the kitchen that day. So I had to go back, wasting my time. At least they resolved it well, making the salad again and offering extra chicken.

Great subs, loaded with meat. The man who made them was very kind. The girl greeted me when I walked in. I recommend firehouse subs!! Update removed some stars….wow what a disappointment! I got my sub today was so dry, even meat was dry strings of fat through out all the dry meat. The cheese was so sparse i never tasted it. This sub sucks in every way!!!

The toppings were balanced and the sub was served hot, which made it even better.
