They have fried chicken livers and gizzards. Both were delicious! The prices are great! The service was awesome. The server’s southern accents are warm, inviting and friendly. Nice interior and they have pie! I would not call this a steakhouse though. It is not that fancy.

Fried pork chop was good. Lima beans were good. Service was good. Mashed potatoes were less than average and cornbread was just ok. The broccoli casserole was the worse thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. They should be ashamed to serve it. It was absolutely awful. I’ve been eating here for over 40 years. I may have just eaten here for the last time.

I ordered grilled chicken salad. Was told the lettuce was spring mix but it was iceberg. Would not have ordered it if I’d known. The chicken was really small pieces and tasted like it was fajitas meat. Hubby had meatloaf and fell in love with it.

So don’t let the outside looks fool you! Yes the outside looks like it is something from the 70s but was fancy in its timeBUT talk about food !!! They having it going on!!! Everyone at the table was so impressed by what they got!!! I had the chicken dinner and creamed corn and it was so good old fashion cooking! I can’t wait to go back! The staff was friendly parking is a little challenging there is some around the building and there is a lot across the street but the traffic to get across the street is a busy subdivision so be careful! The inside kinda has that 70s dinner feel to it! Tables are close and somewhat mismatched, you pay at the counter, you don’t leave hungry or disappointed bring your appetite!

The food was amazing! Cooked like your grandma used to make. I had Old fashioned hamburger steak with grilled onions, green beans, and baked potato. The potato was a little overcooked but still tasted good.

Not a very good experience. We almost left at a few points because it was taking forever for the waitress to come to our table for order taking, drinks, refills, etc. I ordered the ribeye medium and the steak came out incredibly rare and chewy. I would have asked for them to cook it longer but the waitress never came back to check on us but only to quickly plop tickets down after we were MORE than ready to leave.

To their credit, they did remove the steak from my meal ticket but it was not a good ending to my Saturday evening. Be warned this is NOT a good steakhouse despite their prices being the same.

Stopped here for some lunch. I ordered the chicken fried steak with three sides. The collards with cabbage was Delicious! Mashed potatoes and the strawberry shortcake. The food was a little on the salty side for my taste but still edible. Our server was fantastic!

Great restaurant if you like the smell/sight of old people everywhere, or if you are one of said old people who has a retirement check burning in your pocket that you need to spend. Outrageously overpriced food, 22 dollars for a 14oz ribeye steak, are you serious? 1.75 dollars PER CAN of soda, not even fountain soda!! Our waitress was rude upon us asking for a sample tray of 2 of their sauces, practically threw them down on the table before quickly storming off to another table inhabited by elderly people. Needless to say we walked out without even buying anything but the drinks we were catfished into ordering before getting our menus. Would NOT recommend.

Went to the steakhouse today when you walk in the door that seating area right there was full. The other side had a few people on it of course I grabbed my menus I eat there about three times a week with my mom. The young lady behind the cash register which I had her before as a waitress said set anywhere on this side there’s one little bitty table. You got to understand I’m a big girl I don’t like them itty bitty tables plus I have my purse it’s not going to sit next to me I’m not putting it in that floor the table is not that big to even set it on the table Greg’s with me he’s got an IV bag where in the heck is he going to put it on top of his head. I told him let’s just go somewhere else set the menus back down until the lady thank you but not today. Lately I don’t know if y’all are short-handed are y’all are very tired or what’s going on because I was attitude needs to get a little better before I come back that’s all I got to say and the rest of my family I usually bring but it’ll be a while and there’s a bunch of us
