Bought Isi-ewu, beef and goat meat. Price is too high for the quantity they give you, spend $55 thinking it’s enough for 2 people, but it’s not even enough for 1 person. The food was in small to-go box and that was not even half full.
Found hair inside “Isi-ewu”, then found hair on almost all the pieces of meat. It was disgusting, how do you serve people this food and charge $23 for tiny portion of food.

Food was fantastic. It was my first time trying West African food and I will absolutely be back. The chicken was tender, juicy and perfectly spiced. The rice was cooked really well and had a great flavor that complimented the chicken. Highly recommend!

A chill little spot with good food. I was on my way to another restaurant when I saw the sign for this African Restaurant & Bar and decided to give it a try. It seems like a place that a family opened to share their specialties, with a simple clean set up and R&B music playing. I was greeted quickly and ordered the jollof with goat meat. It tasted great, and came with fried plantains.

Had such a great time here with the family. Food was so good. I’ve never had African food before so it was an adventure. Puff Puff was banging. Meat Pies were amazing. Rice was addicting. Coconut rice was spicy and delicious. Goat was amazing. Moi Moi was unique and delicious. Catfish was better than we imagined. Can’t wait to try more things. I’m a big dude and left stuffed with leftovers (with was super amazing with my dinner the next night). They are super new so be a little patient but check them out. Just FYI some food does have bones so be a little careful (not a negative just different, also a positive if you love marrow like me).

I haven’t come across much Nigerian food in Cincinnati in the past couple years, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this place had recently opened. The service was good and the decor was nice. As a Nigerian, I can say the Jollof Rice was really good. I will be coming back to try other dishes. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for good Nigerian food.
