I would like to complement Marissa and Jenson at the Alderman Juan’s. My granddaughter has really severe allergies and they’re always very accommodating, gracious, and kind. They take special care to make sure no dairy or wheat cross contaminates her food. Juan’s is the only fast food restaurant she is able to eat at, and our family truly appreciates Marissa, Jenson, and all the other employees for their care.

First time here and I will definitely be back! Super fresh ingredients paired with a friendly and accommodating staff is a recipe for a great experience. Many options to choose from and fits most if not all dietary needs. Fast casual and a great spot if you’re you’re looking for something quick. The best thing for me was the price, compared to other similar places Juan’s gave great portion sizes and the price can’t be beat. Thank you to the team at Juan’s and I look forward to eating here again !

Juan’s Mexican Grill just has that special something. The food? Always fresh, full of flavor, and never misses. But what really makes it stand out is the people. Marissa, the manager, is amazing — she remembers us every time and treats us like we’ve been friends forever. She noticed we had not visited in couple months and when we walked in she had a massive smile! This is was hospitality means to me. No matter what time you go, even if we come in 30 minutes before closing, she and her team welcome us with genuine smiles. You can see how hard everyone works together — no one’s dragging their feet or acting like it’s “just a job.” The staff moves like a well-oiled machine, helping each other out, keeping the place spotless, and making sure every guest leaves happy. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back, not just for the food, but for the feeling. I told Marissa that her skills could be used elsewhere but she is genuinely happy. Loyal employees are hard to find in today’s world. She is a gem!

This is good Mexican food in a pinch. Not great but good. The “steak” was ground and watery but flavorful. Nothing stood out but it was tasty, filling, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly!
